Nice appartment and attentive owner

1. The appartment was not very clean - dust, rusty kettel, dirty floor, bathroom stall that was dirty etc. 2. The cellular reseption is very low in the appartment

Friendly service before arrival; great location.

Rollup/down shade not working in living room and it was too bright since dawn. Shower water was cold and took 2 people’s showers before it warmed up. Linens & towels for sofa bed not available (checked closets and found soiled pillows and rough towels. The air conditioner was set at 20c, remote control did not work to raise the temperature; sent message to manager but did not get reply until next morning; temperature in the apartment was too cold, making it uncomfortable for sleeping.

The apartment was a great size . The kitchen was ok - we didnt really do any cooking. Loved the easy access to the building and apartment using codes. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms nice and dark. Loved the view of the Med just off the balcony. Easy to park.

Sofa was very uncomfortable and the apartment is a bit isolated.

There was no breakfast

Air conditioning did not work. There were no hand towels or bath mat. There was one hook in the bathroom that fell off. The shower was very small. The balcony was opposite a dog beach and the dogs barked throughout the day and into the evening.

The apartment is nicely designed and is situated in the beach line. There is an elevator in the building. In spite of the following negative comments we succeeded in having a pleasant stay. We want to thank the host for meeting us and showing the apartment and providing the Shabbat hot plate.

We stayed as a family in the Two-Bedroom-Apartment. 1. We were told that there is free parking in the “grey” area and got fined for 250 NIS in the middle of the night, because of the wrongful information. THERE IS NO FREE PARKING IN THE AREA, unless you are a local resident. 2. There are no 2 bathrooms and no ironing facilities in the apartment as written in the description. 3. Also there is no double sleeping facilities in the living room, you get a small couch fitting a 8 y.o. child and a mattress to sleep on the floor instead. 4. One of the bedroom closets has to be mounted to the wall - it nearly fell on our child after being opened. 5. The closets, cupboards and drawers are not cleaned and full of junk and foreign socks / sheets for the next guests. 6. The area isn’t quite due to the dogs‘ barking from the the adjoining dog beach. 7. The apartment isn’t well suited for the Shabbat observant guests. There is no regular key for the house entrance door.
