The room was clean and nice. The lady from the reception is amazing, she s very thoughtful and kind, plus she also speaks English. I liked that there is a cat in front of the hotel and one of the girls working there is feeding her. Very kind of her. They also serve breakfast which is really delicious.

In the city center, hotel terrace outside, good breakfast, quiet area, shops nearby, the name of the hotel in bulgarian means revreation and this is what you receive.

Because it's not on seaside, they don't have probably too many customers and the investments are at minimum: they still have old TVs, bathroom shower needs improvements, but it's clean. They changed the old centralized air conditioning system with new individual AC, which is a good move. AC it's more important than TV in my opinion.

Very nice hotel, quiet, the park all around is lovely and keeps the hotel in shade, breakfast is very good, a very nice stay overall. Thank you!

The staff of the structure was just amazing especially Kristina the kind lady who helped me in changing my reservation when, by mistake I booked the room with the wrong dates with a non refundable fee. As soon as I realized my mistake, I send them a message, they replied immediately telling me not to worry and that they would sort it out for me. Excellent service, thank you so much Kristina!!! It's so surprising noticing that a structure replies so quickly instead of the customer service of booking that never replied when I needed their support, not even just sending me an email,what a bad service gives booking to their customers ignoring them completely even regarding serious issues.

It was clean. The staff were very polite and helpful.
