Very cozy and comfortable hotel with a lovely kind staff always ready to support customers and give suggestions for a better holiday experiecnce. Perfect location to explore the outstanding west coast of Crete and the pictoresque small city of Kissamos.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Manolis gave us useful tips for our wonder throughout beaches and suggestions on where to eat tipical Cretan food. The hotel is a traditional gem of this small seaside town, 3 minutes walks from the shops and restaurants. The hotel is charming and elegant in its simplicity. The internal patio with the pool is lovely and enjoyable any time during the day, for breakfast and in the evening. The view from the room towards the pool and seaside is enchanting. Very clean room, supercomfy super king size bed and nice breakfast. The position is strategic from the breathtaking beaches in the surrounding (elafonissi, balos, falasarna). We felt welcomed and at home. Highly recommended.

The stuff the cleanliness the little balconies the Pool, the AC, and Location.
I don’t know if you consider this a complaint since the value for the money is unimaginably good, but anyway so, how the toilet was set up it was uncomfortable and times to times was a bad smell coming from the sink or when flashing the toilet. But like I said nothing serious that really bothered me or my partner everything else was exceptional!

Small, intimate hotel in a great location. Nice, friendly and helpful service, nice, warm atmosphere. The place is clean, tidy and well maintained. Highly recommended!

Great location, all famous beaches are in one hour reach by driving (balos, efalonisi, paleochora, falassarna). Very clean, very quiet - we have room on the pool side. Good service, friendly staff, it's a business family. You'll receive useful advices from them if you ask and they make a
good coffee. i'll chose this hotel again when i'll be back in Crete.

A very minor complaint but I could have used several more electrical outlets.

Electricity was out everywhere in Crete in the morning. Not the hotel’s fault.

Bathrooms, towels and linens were clean. The location is central, but noisy, especially the rooms with street view. The garden is great.
The blankets are older than my mom. So is the wooden furniture. If they change the blankets and paint the furniture, rooms will look less like a cheap motel and more like a proper hotel. Due to being very early in the season, the rooms smelled bad. Supposedly because they have been closed all the time in the winter...not sure - an air freshener would have been a plus.

Having a breakfast with well chosen products. The two hosting brothers were very caring!!
For future stays: be careful and leave nothing in your rooms that looks like rubbish (left a folded tissue paper containing personal belongings on the desk). The cleaning personal also cleans tables and desks.

The hotel was spotless clean, cozy, with a nice pool in the backyard. The room was clean and comfy, with a nice big balcony.
Guests can access a small private parking, and there's additional parking space on the street on the left of the hotel.
The buffet breakfast was of great quality, and had also local specialties: 6 euros and you're full for long past midday.
If you want to visit Balos by boat, reaching the port is about a 5 minutes drive.
Last but not least, the staff was really nice, and gave us a map and some directions to Kissamos and to a nice restaurant, which I'm glad we tried

Great position to have a trip in the west side of Crete.
The owner was very kind and helpful, he recommends us some great restaurant in Kissamos.
Breakfast was great, fresh and good products.
The room was ok and an available park in the back of the hotel.

The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the view of the pool as well as the sea was really nice. The location of the hotel is very close to the best beaches in Crete. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful. Also the wifi was excellent making it ideal even for those who are in town for business.

The staff were friendly and were keen to help booking appointments for doctors for lateral flow covid 19 test .

It was quite a walk in the hot sun to go to the nice kissamos beach ,but the pool was good and ckean not many people in there..
I would however get some mosquito repellent either spray or heat tablets .

We got a room with beautiful view to the mountains. The room was very clean and comfortable with mini fridge and small bathtub. The breakfast is really good with many options of local specialities. Nice courtyard with swimming pool. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Our 11 day stay was made the best possible .
So clean , peaceful and quiet .
I would recommend it milions of times , it is near the bus station and very close to all the famous beaches on the west side od Crete .
