Perfect choice to everyone. Super kind staff in each segment, rich breakfast, nice pool and pool bar with so many facilities. Definitely would go back and recommend to anyone! 👋🇨🇾

Very friendly staff, good food. The hotel has a nice location in the center of the Aiya Napa, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Sandy Melissi Beach is a 10-minutes walk away.
Garbage truck was coming punctually at 3 am in the morning, which was quite noisy.

The personal was extremely amazing, especially Elias from the Bianco Snack bar .
The food was very good and it was diversified!

Shower corner was flooding everytime we had a shower. Location far from the beach. We traveled with grandma, it was tough for her to reach the beach. Some ants in our room even though we had no food in the room. During one breakfast, one of the soft drink it was tropical flavor was spoiled. I told ot to the staff and they told me, they will change it at the end of the BF. Not enought for me! Also during one of our diner, it was some rotten dried tomatoes.

Pool is too small for size of hotel, no sunbeds for all 3 days. Need to give more towels, shower mat etc.

Pool is to small, didn't get a double bed as promised and was not clean, whites towels discolored with stains.

Cleaness is poor, white sheets and towels stained and discoloured and the pool was way to small definitely needs upgrading

very clean. rooms were comfortable. the location is very central.
the sunbets are too little for the people staying at the hotel. they were putting their towls on sunbets by 2am for the morning and for the 2 days we were there we dod not find any sunbets. the poool is very small too

The breakfast was nice and rich. Plenty of options. The area was quite nice in the center and could walk around all facilities within minutes.
The staff were rude. We arrived 30 mins after check-in and our room was not ready. The receptionist told us to wait for 10 minutes and the room will be ready. Finally we waited an hour at a table in front of the reception before we check in. During this time i asked about 3-4 times if the room was ready and i was kept told to wait. At the end when the room was ready no one came to inform us and i asked again at the reception and finally they gave us the key. During this time no one offered us anything to drink and we did not get an apology for the delay.

the pool is not cleaned properly! also the rooms are not
cleaned!! we stayed for 6 days and the toilet and bathroom
was not cleaned!! i clean them by myself!!
