The Queen Room was a generous size and very comfortable. The breakfast was delivered on time and it was delicious. We will be happy to stay here again on our next visit. And recommend it to anyone.

Good sized unit, well equipped kitchen, tv in second bedroom, foxtel channels on tv in lounge area
Uncomfortable two seater couch was not adequate for a family unit, hot water in shower took a long time to come through

It's right were we need to be when visiting our family and close to supermarket and food outlets.
pillows were different to our pillows,but you can't do anything about that.

Great size room. Very comfortable. Convenient & quiet location for our activities this visit. We enjoy the neighbourhood and shops. Easy access to Ballarat city.

Room needs a proper deep clean. Lots of dust around the skirting boards and under the beds .

The room was larger than most Motel rooms. The area was quiet and the surroundings were well kept.
There was nothing that I didn't like.

Water pressure was quite low but that didn’t impact us much.

It is the perfect proximity to my sister's place as she lives in the court behind, for this reason I will most definitely be back.
A pleasant stay everything was clean, in good working order, warm enough and comfortable
I would have liked to see some cutlery permanently in the room, however it was easy enough to ask at the office and they were happy to provide. Hairdryer could use updating but otherwise everything was perfect. No complaints, a great stay. Thanks again ☺️
