The property was clean except for a bit of mold in the bathroom sinks. The beds and bedding were superior. The kitchen was well equipped and the place was very bright. It was an easy walk to all attractions. However, I was disappointed with the location because the apartment is on a very busy street and it is above a busy restaurant. They have excellent windows which block out most of the noise, but I found it difficult to relax on the balcony or sleep with an open window. I feel the property is a bit over priced considering the above.

Great location opposite the beach and handy to restaurants, supermarkets, the marina and 15 minutes from the town. Paloma and family were very helpful throughout our 19 day stay. Bathrooms are tiny but that view from the deck is fantastic.

My family stayed at this apartment and we were all very sad to leave as we enjoyed every minute of it. The apartment is precisely as described, very clean, could not be in a better location/steps from the beach, and Paloma was consistently quick to reply to any questions I had/gave us recommendations on restaurants. We would definitely return to stay here again and highly recommend it! (Would give more than 5 stars if I could!)

Really loved our stay! Close to shops and restaurants and steps to the beach! Location is great to visit other cities like Cordoba, Granada, Marbella and Seville.

Excellent water front location with nearby restaurants and several small Carrefour supermarkets within easy walking distance. Lovely walk into the town centre and to most museums and historic sites. Perfect size for two adults, although agree with previous reviews that mention bathrooms are rather bijou. We would definitely use it again if we revisited Malaga. Paloma was very efficient and helpful with the booking process!

Both María Paloma & Javi were perfect hosts, greeting us and providing local restaurant recommendations. The apartment is in the best location across from the beach. Easy walking to both the port for restaurants and into Malaga city centre. Fabulous!

The check in could not have been easier. A representative of Paloma was waiting. The apartment was ample a spotless. The doorman was a sweetheart. You could find everything you might need just by walking around the block. The beach was very beautiful, Bank machines, small well stocked grocery stores and restaurants. The water pressure was awesome so showering was a delight. Of course we didn’t just stay in the area. You could walk to the historic area to see the cathedral, Roman amphitheater, Gibraltar’s Castle. I highly recommend Restaurante El Pimpi. And for a truly fabulous meal you just crossover to the beach for El Merendero Antonio Martín.
At night you could go down to a chiringuito or have your beverages at home on that most beautiful terrace.

It was never too hot and we always had a breeze. The apartment was spotless and clean and beds were comfortable. Very small bathrooms but the location, roomy sitting room, kitchen and view were worth it. It was so close to markets, restaurants, and the square where we visited the Picasso museum. It was nice having a doorman and felt safe The windows and park on doors were amazing and kept the apartment quiet when you had them shut. Air conditioning worked great. It was so nice to have coffee pods and some basic pantry items available but we definitely took advantage of the close by restaurants. We felt so lucky to have picked such a nice place. Thanks for making our visit to Malaga so wonderful.

Fantastic Appartement on the Beach
Awesome appartment right on Malagueta Beach. Very spacious, modern and clean. Perfect location. Easy access and communication with the rental company. Will definately come back when I am in Málaga on vacation. 100% recommendable.

We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks in January. The apartment was amazing its located on Malagueta Beach with fantastic sea views, a 5 minute walk to the harbour development and just 10 mins from the centre of Malaga.
In the apartment itself everything was new and super clean. The kitchen was very well equipped the only thing to note was there was no oven. Although the bathrooms are bijou there is masses of hot water. There was good heating when it got chilly in the evenings.
If you hire a car (only necessary to get out of the city) and use the car park in the building it is very very tight. Rent the smallest car possible. The alternative is to park under the harbour side development which is slightly more expensive.
Paloma was an excellent host, she recommended a couple of great restaurants and responded quickly to all our queries.

Malaga in January

Nice apartment, clean, modern, contemporary style. Only complaint is that the bathroom sinks are impractical - too small and the taps get in the way - style won out over substance here. Also a little local info would be helpful - useful bus routes / supermarkets/restaurants/tours/ things to do etc.

Perfect Malaga location.
Excellent location with gorgeous views of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment was well appointed comfortable and very spacious. Short walk into the centre of the city with many interesting historical sites and wonderful restaurants. The managers of this property were very accommodating and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Delightful apartment on sea front. Only adverse comments were the tiny wash basin facilities and lack of door in toilet area of one bedroom.

Situated by the Plaza de la Malagueta and overlooking the beach from every room, this is the perfect location in Malaga. A short walk to the historic centre and bus stops close by to take you further. A small supermarket and a bakery are a few minutes away
The flat itself is light and spacious, clean and well equipped. The two shower rooms might be described as bijou but perfectly adequate. Our host, Paloma was, charming and helpfully recommended some good places to eat
The sunrise view over the beach can be spectacular. Highly recommended.

Apartment was clean, well presented and easily accessed. Two additional outdoor chairs on the balcony would have been useful but not a problem. Beach parasol was very convenient and apartment was very well equipped. Only positive comments!!!

Great but avoid the parking garage
Lovely apartment, great location and terrific views! Parking garage is super tight and we managed to scrape the side of our rental car (or was scraped) 🙁�. Try to avoid the parking!!

This is a great location only a few hundred meters from the Malagueta Beach statue. Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Close to shops, eateries, and bars. We would stay again.
