The room had been recently painted, so it looked very clean. The room was immaculate & they had Foxtel available, which I want when i stay away from home.

The room was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable and the accommodation itself was close to town. There was nothing out of place and it was nice to have Foxtel.
The customer service experience on the phone was poor to the point of rudeness. Then in person with the same individual I was treated rudely and was made to feel like I was dumb. This treatment in person in particular really negatively affecting my stay and I will not stay again.

The breakfast was amazing, large serves and lots of choices of spreads,for your toast. Lots to choose from in the type of breads as well. Arrived on time to our room, and the meal was a perfect temperature.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The owners/managers were extremely friendly and helpful providing tips for places to eat or to have a drink .
The in-room meal was superb. Like a home cooked meal. Fresh and hot.
The motel is quiet and located near a park
I had trouble initially setting the air-conditioner to warm the room. Simple instructions would have helped
