Ubicada en Breckenridge Mountain Village, justo al lado de Main Street, Aspen Depot es una residencia unifamiliar con una terraza y una bañera de hidromasaje recientemente ampliadas en mayo de 2018.
Nuevos electrodomésticos, muebles, ropa de cama y ropa de cama complementan esta casa de 3 dormitorios, 3 baños (en suite). (1 cama king, 1 cama king y 1 cama queen). El plano de planta abierto del nivel principal cuenta con áreas de cocina, comedor y sala de estar con acceso directo a la terraza de entretenimiento (soleada) con orientación sur (bañera de hidromasaje y parrilla nueva).
La sala de medios familiar en el nivel inferior cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana grande y una cama Queen plegable con un colchón Tempur-pedic. Las dos habitaciones superiores tienen terrazas con vista privada y televisores de pantalla plana montados en la pared.
Hay un garaje para un solo automóvil y estacionamiento para dos vehículos adicionales.
La casa está a 59 pasos del autobús de esquí en invierno y cruzando la calle desde la locomotora y el nuevo parque infantil.

We just completed seven nights at Aspen Depot with our children and their spouses. The home was perfect and exactly as described. There was plenty of space for our three couples with beds rooms on separate levels. The beds were great, the hot tub relaxing, and the kitchen had all the things we needed to cook several nights. We also experienced great communication with the host.
We highly recommend Aspen Depot and look forward to staying there in the future.

Not only was the check in and communication a breeze, the home was beautiful and equipped with any and everything you could think of. The location doesn’t get any better. We were in walking distance to everything. The hosts also made us aware of weather and road conditions which made us so thankful! Look forward to booking again!

Our stay at this home was perfect! Everything is as you see in the pictures & details listed. It's even better! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is completely stocked, the hot tub was amazing & the owners/management were very attentive & thoughtful. We would love to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommend! Walking distance to town & the bus route is right at the corner of the street.

The property was just as described and pictured. Had plenty of space for our group and storage for ski/snowboard equipment in the garage. Hot tub was a huge hit!!

Our 2nd time staying here at Aspen Depot. Great location where you can walk to Main Street faster than driving and parking, but you can also avoid the traffic to get where you need to quicker. The property itself provides 3 separate living areas if you need a little separation from the crowd. Owners were extremely attentive and having them local made a huge difference in handling 1 slight issue-the freezer wasn’t working…they bought a new one! Will definitely be back.

We loved our time in Breckenridge, and this was the perfect spot for our home base. We were all very comfortable and really appreciated the pack n play and small essentials in the kitchen (salt, pepper, olive oil etc). We will be back!

Breckenridge never disappoints and this lovely home was perfect for our family get together. This home has everything you need and want. No detail is left undone. We felt at home the minute we walked in. The location is perfect. Easy walking distance to Main Street and everything it has to offer and it is close to a trolley stop if you want that option to get around. I hope we get back to Breckenridge sooner than later and when we do we definitely want to stay at Aspen Depot again.

In town to celebrate a family wedding. Great, comfortable home for 4 adults to relax and enjoy a fun weekend. Hot tub was a hit for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Ideal location, easy walking distance to Main Street shops, restaurants and bars. Clean with plenty of nice amenities. Comfortable neighborhood setting. Hospitable and helpful owner/property manager. Will definitely be back!

Our family of 4 (kids 2 and 4) plus the grandparents stayed in this house for a weeklong trip to Breckenridge. The house was very clean and comfortable. The best part for us was its location right across the street from the trail systems, the troll, and the very cool train park. The hot tub was an excellent perk every night after a busy day of hiking. The house was also right across from the trolley stop, which my 4yo loved.

This house is amazing! The pictures and description don’t do it justice. It had additional features not listed: the bathroom floors are heated, there was a pack n play in the closet, and there’s a EV charge port in the garage. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking dinner. Beautiful home and great location. We used the hot tub and it was very clean. I’m so impressed and can’t recommend this house enough!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aspen Depot! We love to cook, and the kitchen is fully supplied with cookware and utensils. The appliances are well maintained and all worked fine.
I have a slightly sketchy back, so when I travel, I always wonder about the condition of the beds. No fear here, the beds and bedding are top notch. There are plenty of blankets and extra pillows.
The bathrooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean with radiant heat in the floor. The best shower is on the top floor. The water pressure there is strongest and it has a bench.
The garage is a great benefit, and the driveway was plowed early each time it snowed. Walk out the garage, turn right, and the shuttle to Peak 9 is literally 100 feet from the front door -- you can be at the mountain in 5 minutes.
If you walk out the garage and turn left, a few doors away is a secret pathway into town. It’s an easy stroll to Main Street shopping and dining, but if you do too much imbibing or are not acclimated, you might get a little short of breath on the way back.
The furniture here is wonderful – comfy all leather couches with plenty of cushions. The dining chairs are just fine, we sat at the table eating, chatting and working for a couple of hours at a time with no complaints.
The high speed internet access performed well, I downloaded 100+ mb files with no issues, though we didn’t stream any video. There are plenty of TVs and plenty of channels.

This was our second stay at Aspen Depot and we are happy we came back. With three bedrooms and three baths, this house is perfect for our family. Well kept and very clean. Great location with an easy walk to downtown. The home has great amenities and we loved the hot tub, the outdoor grill and heated bathroom floors. The owners and the property manager are very responsive. Hope to be back again soon!

Its a beautiful home close to everything, slopes, shopping, restaurants! The bathrooms have headed floors, the hot tub was headed when we got there, the kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked, and everything was very clean. The house is small but plenty of room for the 6 of us.

This is a very nice house. Well kept and the owners were very quick to respond to our questions. We had 4 young kids (ages 3-6) on this trip with us. The bus stop is very close to the house and very easy to use to get to the mountain, but returning to the house was a little more difficult. The bus runs about every 20 minutes and can be very full in the afternoons when trying to return home from the slopes.
Overall we were pleased with the house!

Aspen Depot was perfect for our family - 3yo and 1yo, + Mom Dad and Aunt. The location was ideal for being able to get to town (walk or car) and mountain. The hot tub was a hit for our 3yo and adults who skied, and the main floor was perfect for kids to play with toys and adults had plenty of space still. The layout is great for families, each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower, and have their own private areas. The kitchen had all the things you would need if you want to eat in.
We are already looking forward to next year and will hope this place is available for us!

We loved spending Christmas at The Aspen Depot. It’s a great location, with easy access to everything. The home was decorated with a beautiful tree. It was clean, completely stocked and perfect for our family. The hot tub was a hit!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was the perfect setting for a family reunion of 3 couples. The house is so conveniently located to everything in Breckenridge. Very well appointed, and so many little extras- was decorated for the holidays, privacy for each guest, plenty of storage, snowboard and boot racks, lots of kitchen supplies. We were all very comfortable and at home. Check in and out was welcoming and easy. Thank you so much, we hope you’ll have us back again!

Perfect for 3 couples, we each had our own very nicely equipped rooms and bathrooms. Great location, very easy walk to Main St. Private hot tub was well maintained. Garage fits a large SUV/ truck and room for 2 more cars in front of garage. The city parking lot for more vehicles is just across the St.

We absolutely loved this house! It was extremely clean and a short walk to Main Street where we shopped and ate dinners most nights.
Evelyn and James stopped by twice just to check in and ensure we had what we needed- they were so kind and attentive!!
The hot tub was a huge hit with our crew, especially our 8 and 10 year old boys.
We were traveling with my mom, so it worked out so nicely that each bedroom had its own floor and privacy.
We loved everything about Breckenridge and would stay at this property again in a heartbeat.

this house was ideal for three families. the kitchen was supplied with good cooking equipment and the hot tub was a plus. the park across the street was awesome and only a 5 minute walk to downtown. this house fit the bill!

The properties was in a fantastic location that enabled a short walk into town, carter park and groceries. It was very comfortable and well stocked. It was a very quiet street. We would recommend it.

Beautiful home, perfect location for walkability to town!! The house felt like home, so many personal touches. Spa and house both spotless. The take away gift was a nice touch as well! We’ll be back!!!

Great Location for Kids, Close to Town
We had a 3 year old with us. Just across the street are old trains and a train themed playground. Great for our daughter. Being so close and in walking distance to town was fantastic as well! Great property!

Wonderful Home....
My family and I had a terrific Spring Break stay at Aspen Depot! The house was clean and comfortable, with a terrific floor plan which made it feel much larger than the reported square footage. Plenty of space and privacy for everyone in my party of seven. Communication with Evelyn and James was easy and they were attentive to our every need. We would definitely return for future visits!

Fantastic location and fantastic owner to deal with. We had an 8 hour flight delay coming to Colorado and didn’t arrive until late at night. The owners were So kind and stocked fridge with breakfast items so that we would have food in the morning. Great location- close to mountain and walk to downtown.

Location is ideal for wanting to get to the slopes quickly and also spend time in downtown Breck. The hot tub, cleanliness of home, and location made for a great few days at this property. The house is also fully equipped with anything you may need (cooking utensils, towels for both hot tub and showers, paper towels/toilet paper). The heated bathroom floors also were great!! Highly recommend staying here!
