Location, good size and well equipped apartment

Hot tubs not very clean, some poor finish in the room: doors wouldnt close, bathroom door poor quality

Great place to stay for a family! plenty of space and lovely location.

The traffic on the road can be very noisy and so can the pedestrians walking on the lake side.

advertised as 2 bedroom property - it is NOT! it’s one room with a very rickety wobbly dangerous spiral staircase to a bed on a mezzanine floor 😱. we left after two nights also next to busy road , traffic starts at 5:30 a.m. 😬😬

The kitchen faciltities were really basic (no kettle) no extra pillows

The location was beautiful

The staircase was unstable. It not fitted to the wall and was dangerous. The patio doors were ill fitted and wind and rain came in. The shower front was missing, replaced with plastic curtain and the remaining glass was not fitted and very dangerous. The worktops in kitchen were not fixed properly with a gap which was full of dirt Very unhygienic. The waste bin was broken. There was no vegetable knife or wooden spoons There was no smoke detectors. There was no dishwasher as advertised or toiletries. The settee had a horrible sticky substance down the side of the cushion and there was no patio cushions making sitting outside uncomfortable. Overall terrible !!

Location, balcony, lake, staff were friendly and very responsive to requests

No aircon (should be made more clear that only the hotel and not the apartments have aircon). Fans very noisy, and can't open bed room window as noise from the road and street. Both bathroom locks were broken, but we're fixed very quickly, but balcony lock did not work.

Location was good, walking to town. Walk to the beach is possible however bit too far

Traffic noise, next to busy street. Apparent wasnt exactly clean. Beds ok, however street next to bedroom, car traffic ends at 01:00 and starts 07:00
