The rooms were large and very clean. It was only one night stay but suited us perfectly. Thank you.

Dated and quite expensive. Air cond was noisy (rattly), and I had to get staff to come and turn it off so I could sleep.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping staff diligently refreshed our room every day. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was a true delight, with the omelet being a particular standout.

It was a good price to stay close to the airport for one night only. It was comfortable enough to rest waiting for the connecting flight.
We arrived late at night. The shuttle bus took about one hour to reach the airport. Unfortunately, there was no sit and space in the trunk for us.

Pool area was fine.
Stuff, and especially one person(young girl). When I asked for help (looking for towels) she didn't even check and respond "sorry, we didn't find any of your towels in pool area". When my wife asked second time another person from service, they check and found it...
Daily service room was not always happen (missing paper, missing fresh towels, bins were not emptied etc)

the ac in our room didn’t work when we checked in at 3 pm. we waited 3 hours still didn’t cool off and the the front desk had maintenance come up they checked it said to call if it still didn’t work. I asked to change but, they wouldn’t change the room for us because we were in the room so they had maintenance come back up with a whole new ac and it still didn’t work! finally they changed us at about 8pm at night crazy!!
