House fully renovated in 2016 and divided in two floors.
It is offers with 5 larges and exquisetively decorated bedrooms. 4 of them with a QUEEN SIZE bed ( one of them with a bed-sofa too) and other one with a triple bunk bed, perfect for kids. Main suite offers Queen size bed, 2 single beds and a private terrace of 6m.
Lounging area with a comfortable sofa and LCD TV, spacious dining room, with a full equiped kitchen, with all the appliances you need to cook a delicious dinner (glass-ceramic hob, Dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, wine fridge .. .).
Two bathrooms (one in each floor), where you could find: Bathroom - whirlpool and shower on One bath. Two showers with hydromassage column on the second bathroom.
It is offers a sunny private saltwater pool of 6mx4m size, with a varying depth from 0.50m to 1.60m ideal for cool off on hot days.
You could find a magnify chill out porch with a table in the shade where you can enjoy your culinary creations, also our big pallet-sofa to sleep after lunch with the fresh wind of the evening.
At the chek-in you must pay in CASH the next services:
- Bedlines and towels : 20€/people by mandatory
- Deposit: 250€ ( will be returned at the check out if all it is ok).
- Energy and water: 130€/week ( minimum per reserve)
- Tourist tax: 1,75 €/night/people
Optional services:
- Internet: 50€/ book

Susana was a very lovely Host, she accommodated all our needs and made the check in process as simple as possible.
Helped us during our whole stay and was in contact with us during the whole stay.
Would highly recommend and will be back soon

We had a great time staying here, the property was lovely and very close to the beach which was great! The area is amazing with a lot to do, especially in the beach area, and we also took the opportunity to visit barcelona which was a short train journey away. Susana was incredibly helpful throughout the booking process and gave us guidance on activities and restaurants in the area which was amazing. We all really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend to anyone!

The House is very nice, approx. 20min away from the beach. The Hosts (Susana and her husband) were VERY kind! They gave us many tips on excellent restaurants and places to visit in and around Pineda de Mar. The communication was really good since they replied very fast.
The house was clean and spacious, the pool was very nice.
We didn’t have access on the 6m terrace because of some issues with previous visitors, which was a bit of a shame. It would have been also nice if we have had some spicery (salt, pepper, oil).
But all in all we had a nice week at the House in Pineda de Mar!

The rooms were beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The baths very great and very clean. The pool and terrace were a great place to hang out, just like the table outside was great for eating outdoors. In the Kitchen there were enough plates, cutlery, pans and pots and everything else, the stove was good as well. The only downside to the house was, that the dishwasher wasn’t working very well, so we had to hand wash most things still.
The communication with the host, Susana was very smooth and nice. She also provided us with practical information about Pineda de Mar.
In general we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this home to big groups or families.
