Lovely apartment. Teresa’s son met us as we arrived late. Communication was excellent.

Tough finding parking but we got there in the end.

It surprised me. Wasn’t what I thought - was not identifiable from street - but it was truly a wonderful place, area, and host - the room and home were more than comfortable. The room had plenty amenities. It was very close to all transportation, parks, churches, groceries and restaurants.

The main reason I booked the place was because it had a very high rating and I wanted a washer and dryer. The young man managing the place was very nice.

While it has a washing machine, it did not have the promised dryer. And since it was extremely humid the clothes took a very long time to dry. There were many other things promised, but they were not there, such as a garden view, a landmark view, a desk, additional bathroom, socket near bed, balcony, hand sanitizer, radio, patio, etc. But what I really didn't like was the fact it had no A/C (that was my fault for not reading the description closer). It was extremely hot and muggy without any A/C. Although the room was clean, the kitchen was not, the floor hadn't been mopped in a long time (see included picture of kitchen floor). And the place is very old. I cannot understand how it got such a high rating. I think the price is way too high for what I got.
