We have been travelling for 4 months and it was so lovely to stay in a beautiful hotel close to the mosque and cathedral. The staff from the beautiful valets to the pool staff were all so friendly and attentive.

Breakfast was not kept hot. The checkin staff on both days we stayed had little or no English and could not help us at all with even directions. Ask the restaurant staff; Rini or valet staff as they have good English.

Great location

Old. Outdated. Light switch was broken. Felt like no refurbishment has happened in 10 + years. Hotel food expensive and very basic. The menu did not match what was available.

Simply love this hotel, super friendly staff, huge rooms, comfy bed, city views, great location with a lot of food stalls nearby, pool and big gym... what more could you wish for?

Nothing, it's not the newest hotel but the more than decent rates make up for that.

The staff was amazing. The hotel is clean and spacious, and the breakfast menu is extensive. I felt no inconvenience at all.

There were some troubles with the facilities in the room. No problem as the response was quick. But I hope it won't happen next time.

Redtop is just perfect. incredible choice for breakfast. The best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. Furniture in lobby is so extravagant too.

They promoted Happy Hour every day, there wasn’t any in fact there was no alcohol apart from Beer and 1 bottle of white wine. there were bottle of pretend spirits on the bar shelves. at breakfast the areas were not clean, same spoon being used for peanut butter and other things in communal jars. the lack of fresh fruit or fresh fruit juice. lunch did not have the food on the menu. Caesar Salad consider of lettuce leaves tomato and some croutons. I think this hotel should be advertised purely as a conference hotel not for holiday maker. we were there for a week for a wedding.
