sencond time we stay in this hotel, very easy to manage the stay and friendly staff when we arrived. They gave us an upgraded room for the same price and was very big and quiet, we loved it.

this was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been in! the staff went out of their way to be accommodating no matter what the request.

Beautifully property. Very modern. Fabulous location one minute from a very lively square and a 5 minute walk from the monestaty. Parking was about 20 meters from the hotel and well organised. Staff very friendly and helpful.

As an older couple I would had appreciated an anti slip mat in the bath or a walk in shower.🙃 But the bathroom was otherwise excellent.

What a great hotel for a great price. In the centre of this beautiful town. We stayed there after a wedding and I truly recommend it The staff at reception were super helpful.

We upgraded to a superior room to have a bigger room with outside window and balcony. Very spacious and comfortable bed. Easy to find and parking less than 5mins away and 50% discount a day - 15€. Very convenient to visit the Royal Monastery. Excellent reception staff. Kettle in the room and fridge. Elevator to all floors.

Nothing. We would recommend that the Hotel put a luggage rack and an additional small round table in the bedroom. Usual in superior rooms. Might be a bit noisy at weekends or fiestas as the Hotel face the main square.

The location was great - the Palaces were just across the road. There were lots of bars and restaurants round the square. Car parking just a short distance away.

The room was a bit dark and could have benefitted from a few more lights.

Perfect location and super comfy

Excellent room in the centre of San Lorenzo del Escorial. Everything at hand: bakery, bars & restaurants. Next to the Monasterio. Friendly and attentive staff.

Nothing really. It was a perfect place for an overnight. Unfortunately, there is no service at the hotel because of its size, but right next to it there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Maybe a coffee machine in the bedroom could make a big difference.

What can I say? From the moment we stepped through the door, the welcome Laura and her colleague gave us was phenomenal. They even gave us a choice of rooms. We chose a beautiful attic room, which has been decorated with attention to detail, and made the most of a small space. It was warm, and clean, and the bathroom and shower were fabulous. Most guest would like to know about three things when looking for hotels to stay. Firstly location. It was excellent and within walking distance of the Escudo de San Lorenzo del Escorial (fachada monasterio). Secondly car park: The hotel has association with a nearby car park for 15€ a day, but while driving to reach the car park we found a space in one of the nearby streets with white lines and we parked there for free. Thirdly, the temperature control of the air conditioning unit. We were able to manage and control the thermostat as we pleased even though we hardly used it and we left it off most, if not all the time. Fourthly noise: It was quite and very relaxing. Fifthly the bed: It was very confortable. The room has everything you need. Sockets, lights and the Router for the WiFi was behind the TV and therefore reception was excellent. We didn’t have the time to even turn the TV on. I would have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful hotel, and the town is well worth a visit.

Nothing we didn’t like. everything was perfect. However, I would have liked to see a tea and coffee making facility in the room but that didn’t bother us much as we knew in advance the room is offered without it.

The room was "Las Cuatro Esposas". Each room is individualized. The room was large and overlooked the plaza.

The listing of a "mini-bar" is misleading. The room contains a small fridge, not a mini-bar. Also, the room could have used a full-length mirror.
