من اسوأ الفنادق اللي دخلتها في حياتي أن لم يكن الأسوأ من ناحية نظافة الغرف شعر النزيل السابق في كل مكان في الغرفة شراشف غير نظيفة حتى بعد الغسيل

Everything else.
Not clean at all, literally bugs on the walls in the toilet that when you open door and close they fly all around. Disgusting. Super loud from the next door people because the hotel is used mostly for the big groups that comes with the agencies and loud outside because there’s some reconstruction going on.

Location was good very near to Haram, Room size was decent, bathroom was big, I think compared to price they offer its best Hotel.

Good place for staying close to masked Al nabawi with good price. 4 minutes walking to masked gates.
Place is clean. Rooms are a little bit small but clean.
Enjoyed my stay there soo much. Staff were good and helpful as well.

The location is near to Haram and restaurants are within walking distance.
Room size and cleanliness. We booked the 4-bed room, but all 4-beds adjusted in the 2-bed room, so we don't any space for luggage, room cleanness is not good.

It's not cleaned It is very dusty, the carpets have traces of food and are not clean, and at the window there are remnants of used cans and cupsThe room needs to be ventilated and the curtain needs to be washed because it is dusty

Front desk executives were too negative and rude. Rooms were not clean, beds were extremely small. Stinky walls all around and what not! Not a single room amenities.
