Clean room and hot water system is fast, friendly and nice staff. We had dinner at hotel restaurant which have nice view and food is delicious.

A great property that has so much unrealized potential. The rooms are fancy, the food is very well cooked and the restaurant staff are good. The hotel is well equipped with a game room, spa, sauna, changing room, steam room, mini gym, lounge area and a masseuse. The space is minimal and clean. The property overlooks a private lake against the backdrop of the mountains, a very pretty setting.

The pool was not operational. Yes, it was winter, but a temporary (inflatable) structure over the pool would've been ideal keeping in mind the price per day to stay in this property. This temporary structure over the pool was replicated in another hotel during my visit to Georgia. There was a long wait for the sauna to be turned on. We were under the assumption that a 4-star property would have all its facilities operational. This was not mentioned during check-in. While the wait would not usually be an issue, it is essential to note that the recreational and wellness facilities are a >5-minute walk from the main hotel building, in freezing cold. The front desk did not offer an option for a buggy service to and fro the two buildings. The gaming area is well equipped, with no one to direct, guide or assist. The room was cold since the heating was switched off and the adjacent bar was not operational. We figured out the heating and music, and made do. I had ordered a bottle of water for the room. I was turned down because the expensive, four-star hotel did not offer room service. The very basic front desk service was mediocre at best. If the hole aspires to welcome international tourists, knowing basic English would be a prerequisite, one would assume. Smaller boutique hotels that I visited across Georgia had better customer service. All in all, a great property with terrible service. If you're not looking for a wellness retreat where you expect things to be done for you, I would recommend this place. If service and general upkeep are important to you, I would skip this property. Having been to multiple well-known retreats, this one was sub-par. The most unfortunate thing was that the stay was booked to mark a special occasion, and I felt let down. Would not recommend.

the horrible security service. every time we return hotel territory, they did not allow us to come. they asked millions of questions and they don’t speak English at all. 2 times they did not let us to go into the hotel without any reason….so we have to wait for something we don’t know…and then security said - ok, you can enter the building. also they asked to open our bag and show our staff. this is insane. apart from security service, all was good

The property is doing structure building in front of the rooms. With a lot of noise, going from morning till 12:31 am.
