The view an location was good. Near the beach and boulevard.
The smell was very bad, like smoke. The balcony door and water tap were broken. There was no toilet paper at first and also no hotel soaps. We also had no divet on our bed. There was one in the wardrobe but that one was for an one person bed. The whole property did feel very unsafe. The pictures made the expectations to high, like there was a pool and welness centre. But that was a bog lie.

Excellent location. 5-10 minutes to the beach. A lot of good places in the near.
The apartment itself is very comfortable with magnificent view.
The host is very nice and friendly.
Will certainly give a visit again.

Location
Dishes were dirty, balcony door didnt close so you get a continous stream of bugs. The soap, shampoo and toilet paper had already been mostly used by somebody else. Care to the apartment was awful. For the price and the pictures the host has posted i expected better

Property wasn’t cleaned properly(we took out trash from the previous stay), crazy amount of mosquitos, hard time connecting to TV

The location of this place was excellent for us. Supermarkets, vegetables market, pharmacy, cafes etc. everything was near
The apartment was beautiful and clean with a very organized tiny kitchen. I was able to prepare my 2 years old daughter meals. The view from our apartment was amazing. Overall we had a great experience in Batumi and we want to thank the manger Levani for all his help and kindness. We highly recommend this apartment
