Este encantador condominio de dos pisos completamente renovado es espacioso, limpio y tranquilo. Se encuentra a solo 5-10 minutos a pie de la playa y del centro de Tamarindo. Está lo suficientemente lejos del "centro" como para dormir tranquilo por la noche, pero lo suficientemente cerca como para que restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas de surf, bares y todo lo que puedas pedir esté a poca distancia a pie. La propiedad está cerrada con un guardia las 24 horas, por lo que es seguro para usted y su familia dormir cómodamente por la noche. De hecho, ¡lo único que puede mantenerte despierto por la noche son los monos aulladores que les gusta pasar el rato en los árboles circundantes! También hay dos piscinas en la propiedad para su disfrute. El condominio tiene dos habitaciones, cada una con su propio baño y balcón. El principal tiene una cama queen y el segundo dormitorio es una cama de tamaño completo. También tenemos un sofá desplegable en la sala de estar con medio baño. La cocina es completamente funcional con cafetera, placa de cocina, refrigerador, microondas, ollas, sartenes, etc. Incluso tenemos una lavadora y secadora en el condominio para su conveniencia. Y quizás lo más importante, cada habitación tiene su propio aire acondicionado.

This is a fantastic location for exploring Tamarindo. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. Despite the manager doing a great job of helping us we never did experience a hot or even a war shower in the upstairs bathrooms! We would stay again.

First time in tamarindo and I’m so happy we stayed at this property. Liane was an amazing host, very easy to communicate with her and gave great recommendations.
The condo is within walking distance to the beach and downtown area which is perfect ! It is placed in a a quiet litter area 10-15 min walk to the beach, supermarket, and restaurants. Street parking available has no issues finding parking. Definitely would book again!

The condo is conveniently located up the hill from the beach, a nightly gathering spot for sunsets, meeting friends and dinners. We could walk to a grocery store and many great eateries !

Could not have asked for more while renting in Tamarindo. Communication with the host was extremely easy. They were flexible with our arrival and gave us lots of good information upon arrival. The location is awesome as it is only a block or so from the beach, supermarket, and all of the main restaurants. The unit itself is fully-stocked with everything you’d need for a solid beach vacation and was clean upon arrival. The complex is well-maintained, secure, and was full of tons of friendly folks. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking to getaway to Guanacaste.

We stayed for a month and we had a great vacation. The condo was clean, updated and the kitchen had everything you’d need. It was close to the beach and within walking distance to 4 of the local grocery stores. Liane and Jeff were a big help when needed. We would recommend this condo to anyone.

My family and I have been spending our January in Tamarindo for a few years now. Serge's condo is by far the best rental we have had to date. The recent renovations to the bathrooms and kitchen were greatly appreciated. Liane, the property manager, was the most attentive and responsive. She also offers great advice on Tamarindo.

Great place close to beach and down town, remodeled very nice modern, clean and safe!
Property owner and manager very attentive, quick responses and helpful! We loved the location and gated entry with friendly 24 hour guards! Excellent property great value!!

Our dream stay
We spent four months at this condo and everything was perfect, the property manager was the best and always avalible and helped us our with everything. The condo is super nice with good beds and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We will be back!
