Fantastic Penthouse appartment, in a perfect location. Access was easy and secure. Street noise was minimal. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need. We'll love to stay longer next time.

Location is perfect for the Minster and central York. Flat very clean and warm and well equipped Bedrooms and bathrooms great with powerful shower and plenty of hot water

Stairs from carpark and to the 4th floor made unloading the car hard work. Once done though the flat is worthwhile

The view from the sitting room of York Minster. Great location for shops, pubs & restaurants. The standard of cleanliness of the apartment.

Due to the warm weather, I would like to suggest another free standing fan.

We liked the location and the quirky nature of this loft space apartment. the views of the Minster and the bell ringing on Sunday made this stay even more appealing.

We mainly loved that we were right in the middle of York. But also the high ceilings and amazing decor. We can’t forget the huge, comfy beds and pillows which made for the perfect stay. Everything in the property was super clean and easy to use and the host were super helpful.

barely anything to complain about apart from the fact it could of had a tea towel in the kitchen and noise from people leaving pubs

Really nice to stay in the old city and see the cathedral outside the windows.

Couldn't get the heat past a certain temperature and it was always cold inside the apartment. I was dealing with a head cold so made things worse.

Amazing location in the centre of York, close to York minster with a great view of the cathedral. We spent Christmas here and found it was close to lots of pubs and restaurants.

Beautifully spotless apartment in a fantastic location. The bedrooms were lovely and the view was wonderful. I would 100% recommend this lovely property.

The hot water ran out very quickly on the first night which resulted in a cold shower. There is a small note in the second bedroom suggesting that you use the boost setting to supply more hot water. I would suggest using this if you intend to use the shower or bath. The sitting room was a little cold at night even with the heating on full whack. The other rooms were amply warm though.

Locate was excellent, right in the heart of York Apartment comfortable enough for 4 adults Paid £15 per night for parking space, conveniently within the apartment complex

Did run out of hot water but host was very quick to respond. Toilet in the bathroom is very close to the towel rail, which is not thermostatically controlled so had to keep a towel over it. But even so it really isn't very comfortable to use as it is so close to the wall, bit of a design fault, toilet needs to move towards the basin or towel rail needs to go up much higher. Lift was also not working when we arrived, was fixed 2 days into our stay. These were minor issues and it didn't spoil our stay.

Loved it all! Fabulous apartment, well equipped with top quality furniture and appliances.

Not a complaint but a bit noisy late at night, but to be expected given the central location.

Right in the heart of the city

No instructions for the cooker or central heating or where to dispose of waste. 1 breakfast bowl missing replaced with soup bowls ver quickly. Could do with a toilet roll holder and shelf in the bathroom.

The apartment is spotlessly clean and really well equipped. Great location in the heart of town close to all all amenities, attractions and an easy walk from train station. Host was kind enough to let us check in a little early and leave bags on day of departure so we could make the most of our last day. Would highly recommend and would return.
