Very clean.
The food was over the top!
Not enough activities for the kids, especially when the hotel runs a “summer camp” dedicated for kids.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting with great amenities. Definitely catered to families with kids when we visited. The breakfast and dinner buffet was excellent and better than we thought!

We loved the layout, cleanliness, huge rooms, the pool and gorgeous flowers and vegetation. Night time entertainment/singers were great. Breakfast was fantastic, huge variety to choose from. The hotel was close to so many attractions.

The room was quiet as requested with a nice welcome gift( special case of chocolates/pralines) and wine. The pool was great , arriving in the middle of the week , I had the pool for myself for 2 hours. Breakfast buffet was also great !
Nothing, except that upon asking for reserving another night, I was told that I will need move to another room because of a conference.

Everything was just perfect. The staff were amazing, the room was cozy and perfect, we were upgraded to the suite so the photos are from there. The hotel looks so cool in general and the breakfast was tasty.

Location was great. Room size awesome. Food very good.
Staff unfriendly from the reception desk to the waiters. Pool was closed despite it being 30 degrees and all pictures show the swimming pool.

Enjoyed wine tastings and live music. I chose the hotel because of its proximity to Agmon Hahula - a major bird migration stop. From my balcony I was able to spot many different bird species. It is only 2 km away. It is also a short drive to Rosh Pinah and other northern sites. The property and landscaping was beautiful. It has a very relaxed feel.
Entering and exiting the pool is not convenient for those staying at the far end of the property. While the hotel is kosher, be sure that all your meals are at the hotel if that is important to you. They have a relationship with a restaurant next door to the property but this restaurant is not kosher. They have a giant outdoor movie screen which is great for movies, but we found it unpleasant that it was constantly on a continuous loop day and night with the same video. It would have been more pleasant if they left it off.

Good location, nice staff.
There's a nice shopping area with restaurants and other things right next to the hotel (walking distance).
Definitely not worth the high price.
In November the pool was not available, although we had quite a hot weekend (over 30C).
Breakfast was meh, a good variety, but poor execution.
