Everything was very new and comfortable. The view from the big balcony is very beautiful, you look right into the mountains. The sauna on the top floor was luxurious. The cable care is very close by. The host is very nice!

Top apartment. Quality materials have been used. The noise and temperatuur isolation is super, Windows have electric shutters to make it completely dark. The bathroom is modern and kitchen well equipped. The apartment is spacious and breadservice is top notch. Car can be parked in front of the house, which is located in a quiet location of the village (only 1 neighbor) and stil it is very close to a couple of good restaurants. Nice balcony to have breakfast in the sun. Great sauna complex on the top floor.

WiFi was bad for 5 out of 7 days. Constant drops or impossible to connect. Mechanic was called in but still took a couple of days to fix it.

Very friendly owners, perfect location near to lift/walks, nice resto's. Modern,new, wel equip housing. Clean and quiet. Loved it, feld at home.

We had a really nice stay in Flora Alpinea. The house is sparkling clean and very well located. Friendly owners as well.

We have been to a lot of apartments in austria and italy and this is in our top-2 ! Absolutely great, perfect. The building itself looks very nice, the apartment even better. Only the best materials are used. Kitchen with softclose, appliances from miele, same as the modern bathrooms/showers. On the top floor there is also a sauna and the owner lives on the top floor so in case you need anything, she is near and willing to help. The apartment is very spacious, 2 bedrooms and each with their own bathroom (shower, toilet etc). A large balcony with nice seating area (great to have breakfast outside) and a sun-chair. There is a tv in the livingroom and in both the bedrooms. Ideal as the 1st channel shows all the local news and planned events. Breadservice is very good, not your standard bread in a paper bag, but nicely done in a basket. Not seen that a lot ! Also all other small things like enough towels, kitchen ‘stuff’, even filters for the filtercoffee machine (which is also there), information about the area, free cable-car/public transport when you stay 3+ days etc etc etc. All windows have electrical operated shutters so you can make the room even more quiet and dark. Besides that, this house is located in a very quiet place and very very well isolated (both temperature and noise wise). You will not hear any of the other visitors next or above you. Without noise, you are bound to sleep well (and long :) ). Park your car in front of the house, and it is <5 min walk to the cablecar and a couple of good restaurants. Very luxury, pleasant stay. Stunning location and great views. Also loved that our dogs could come along for free.

If anything, i would like the beds to be slightly harder but nothing to worry about. Everything was great

Amazing location right next to the Bergbahn! Beautiful view from the balcony. We got the Gästekarte early on the first day and had a lovely hike directly 😊
