Perfect to start the day cold cuts croissants yogurt fruit and tea.A step back to 1985 when I first stayed in a family run Pensione,to the people who complain about it needing an update or upgrade you are free to go and stay at one of the "refurbed" hotels close by for twice the price.The best hotel I have stayed in Rimini just for its simplicity alone please do not change it.The best of luck and a big thank you to the family owners and to the workers a big CHEERS from n/w England.See you in the future.

Everything was perfect 😊👍. The owners are really helpful and supportive. The sea is very close.

Faulty air con and could be cleaner

The staff was just simply amazing. They were friendly and helpful, we even stayed with them at the table a few nights and had some really good conversations. They are truly amazing people. The hotel is literally next to a beach, close to all kind of restaurants, shops, etc.

Sadly the hotel itself is kind of from a different age. Everything is pretty old, the beds, the bathroom, the TV, the power outlets are not compatible with all the EU standard power outlets (the slim ones fit, but the thicker ones not). Of course compared to the price (being one of the cheapest option in the area) this could be acceptable, but the only one thing that really should be upgraded are the windows. They are old wooden-frame windows with a single layer of glass, so expect some noise from the outside coming in.
