The Apartment is really well located and easy to walk to everywhere. It is clean and has everything which is needed and the communication with the owner was easy and super. Would come anytime again.

The host is what I like the most. She was patient, friendly, helpful, and caring. We had a very positive experience in her apartment and had some small constructive feedback to which she listened very carefully. Obviously it was very important for the host to make sure guests are happy. The apartment was organized, well-prepared, and very accessible from the city center. Families will definitely feel comfortable there. There are lots of facilities which are good enough even for longer stays.

Nothing serious, but few minor issues (like a problem with the shower) which I shared with the host and she said she will take care of them. Non of the problems were major. It would have been great if the apartment had dishwasher too. It will be a win-win for guests and the host because it saves time for the guests and energy for the host. If you come by car, plan your parking in advance because everywhere in the center (regardless of the chosen apartment) it is very difficult to find a space. Try to get yourself familiar with local parking rules and register with a parking app like Parkl to prevent headaches after arrival. If you plan, you won't be surprised and only need to be patient to find a space. Parking lots are also another option which are not far from this apartment but could be expensive.

We had an amazing stay at Palace residence. The location was good, quiet, close to the city centre. The place was spacious, warm, clean and had cutlery, plates, all the amenities you need. The beds were comfortable, large and had lots of pillows. The host was extremely kind and helpful, always replying fast. 10/10 would definitely come here again!

Location was great. Close to bars restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. The apartment was very spacious and very well equipped. The host was also very helpful when we were delayed and met us at the door with the keys. She also arranged a transfer back to the airport for us. Great apartment. The photos of the apartment are very accurate. It’s the good. If you’re thinking of booking here, just do it, you won’t be disappointed.

The parking was on the street since our car was bigger than the parking space owned by the owner.

I loved everything about this place, it was near restaurants, supermarkets, main attractions etc. The apartments looks very nice and cosy, the beds were very comfortable, everything was perfect!

Great location. Beautiful squares, streets, and restaurants. Parking was across the street. Mrs. Marianna was very helpful. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. We will be happy to use this apartment on our next visit to Budapest.

Beautiful flat for a family or group of friends. It is near the city center, the public transport and the night clubs. The apartment was clean, very warm and cozy. It has 2 big bedrooms and 1 smaller but with its own bathroom. Marianna was very friendly, helpful and it was very easy to communicate with her. Also, we had a problem with check out time and our luggages and she did her best to help us. Definitely value for money!

Everything was perfect. The flat is large, comfortable, has all the facilities needed, there is a parking space just outside on the street, the location is ideal, the host was very helpful and the communication was straight forward. I totally recommend this flat for anyone who wants to see Budapest's main attractions.

The host was very friendly and extremely helpful. We felt very welcome. The apartment contained everything we could want and the location was perfect.

The hosts were great, arranged our shuttle and useful tips on where to go etc. Peter and Marrianna provided a 5 star service. It was an easy walk to the main attractions including Parliament buildings and only a ten minutes from the main market. On the second day we hired the electric scooters which are dotted around the city, a great way to zip between attractions. Highly recommend this place.
