Capacidad para dormir 6+2 personas. NO aceptamos reservas para grupos de jóvenes o despedidas de soltero (ver condiciones).
En la restauración de la casa se ha prestado un cuidado especial a la preservación de la arquitectura original: techos abovedados y vigas de madera vista, preciosas vidrieras emplomadas, forja, solería de mármol y parquet. Muebles elegantes de diseño contemporáneo y obras de arte originales propician un ambiente acogedor y relajante. Aire acondicionado (frío/calor) y ventiladores de techo. Internet WIFI incluido.
La casa tiene cuatro plantas principales, con ascensor privado. 155 m² de interiores + 57 m² de terraza.
El salón está amueblado con dos grandes sofás, sillón y TV. Dos ventanas abren a la calle Zaragoza. Mesa de comedor con 6 sillas. Contiguo al comedor se encuentra la moderna cocina, equipada con todos los utensilios principales y electrodomésticos de alta calidad. Con horno, lavadora, lavavajillas, frigorífico y congelador.
3 dormitorios: Dormitorio 1 con cama doble (180 x 200 cm). Dormitorio 2 con dos camas individuales (90 x 190 cm). Dormitorio 3 con dos camas individuales (90 x 200 cm). Hay 2 camas supletorias adicionales en el tercer dormitorio, completando la capacidad de la casa para 8 personas.
3 baños: Cuarto de baño 1 con bañera (dentro del dormitorio 1). Cuarto de baño 2 con ducha (junto al salón). Cuarto de baño 3 con ducha (junto al dormitorio 3).
La casa tiene una terraza privada en dos niveles. La parte inferior está equipada y decorada con una mesa comedor, una pérgola y plantas. La terraza superior invita a tomar el sol y a disfrutar de las noches cálidas de Sevilla, junto con unas vistas excepcionales de la Catedral. Terraza con 4 tumbonas.

CONDICIONES DE USO

We really loved our stay here! I wasn’t really sure what I had booked until we got there. It is a three story house with a small elevator and stairs connecting the different floors. The entryway is on the first floor. You have to unlock the front door, and then unlock a separate metal door once inside. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. On the third floor you will find the kitchen, the main living area and a bathroom with a shower. On the third floor you will find the third bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Also on the third floor there is access to a private patio with a table and chairs. From the patio, you can go up another set of stairs to reach the rooftop deck. This is by far the best part of the place. You have an incredible view of the cathedral and the rest of the city. It is especially amazing at night.

Wonderful property! From the convenience of the elevator to the incredible rooftop view, this place is top notch. We stayed during Semana Santa and we were able to see several processions right from the balcony, it was amazing! Location is within walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and shops, including a small grocery store just down the road, very convenient. 10/10 would recommend this property, you won't be disappointed!

Everyone in the family loved this property. The location was perfect. The rooftop was an amazing feature with great views. The property manager made the whole process very simple and he immediately responded to questions.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our week in Sevilla. The location is superb—just between El Arsenal and Barrio Santa Cruz, a very short distance from the Cathedral. We walked everywhere including to Plaza de España, Maria Luisa park, and Triana. The 3-story apartment offered so much space for us two couples. The two terraces were amazing and the view from the rooftop one was absolutely fantastic. All communication with the property manager was quick, responsive, and smooth. Highly recommend this listing!

This is my favorite place we’ve ever stayed. The location was perfect and close to everything, the apartment was unique and beautiful, amenities like air conditioning and wifi worked well, and the kitchen, although small, worked perfectly to prepare family meals. I had two teen boys and this apartment gave all of us enough space to spread out. The dining table on the patio was great, and views from the roof deck were awesome. We sat out there on our last night looking over the Cathedral and Sevilla skyline under the full moon. We would have loved to stay longer! Perfect place for families to explore the magic of Sevilla!

Superb Location
The house was exactly as described, its location is superb being within walking distance of all the main attractions. The roof terrace was a real bonus and we enjoyed several evenings relaxing with a glass of wine as we watched the sunset. Would definetly rebook when we return to Seville.

The place was in a great location just off the main strip on a quieter street but also central to another area of town that was good to explore.

We had a lovely stay for 5 nights. Plenty of space to spread out. A washer and large drying rack available on spacious rooftop patio. We had a little trouble with plumbing during stay but they were responsive to calls and emails and I think all worked out ok. Had a difficult time with keys and locks for main door. Shared with main level apartment they locked the deadbolt repeatedly while we were out making it more challenging to get in. (3 keys needed). Overall the location cannot be beat. Very close to cathedral and bull arena. Easy walk everywhere.

Well located, beautiful apartment
The flat is in a great location and has all the amenities that you could ask for. One of the management team met us and spent time to explain the flat and also to point out the key sights and places for restaurants nearby. We had a fantastic stay.

Situation exceptionnelle
l'Appartement est spacieux , bien aménagé , très bien situé , Séville est magnifique , riche de son histoire , de sa culture et de son architecture.
Il faut vraiment préparé son séjour car la ville est très touristique et la visite des monuments est compliqué , tout doit être pré-réservé.
Nous avons fais un séjour extraordinaire avec une balade en vélo qui nous a permis de voir les différents quartiers autrement.
N'hésitez pas à découvrir Séville

Great place for a family gathering
Wonderful spacious place with central stairwell and great balcony and rooftop views. Quirky aspects but full of charm. Greeting and orientation was great and they went out of their way to get us an extra set of keys. Definitely recommended.

Best apt and best rooftop deck ever!
This is a great apt and it is in the best location . Neat spacious and clean ! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen modern . The best thing is the rooftop deck .... we sat out there every night and enjoyed our wine . Amazing view ... fabulous!

It was also convenient that we could get a taxi right at the square around the corner, if needed. The apt had everything we needed and was extremely spacious. We travelled with our 3 year old and our teenage daughter. Great memories from our trip to Seville!

Convenient location to all sites, great patio space
This apartment was very clean and very convenient walking distance to all sites. The living space is divided over 3 floors, the kitchen has all necessary supplies, (could use more stemmed wine glasses), washer was so convenient, great internet, comfortable living room, loved the 2 level rooftop deck, location close to all sites but a bit noisy on the weekend. There is a very slow elevator we only used for luggage because it was faster to walk!
We recommend this apartment for 1 family and 1 additional couple. The small 2nd bedroom on the third floor does not have access to a bathroom on the floor because the bathroom inside the master bedroom suite (it's 2 flights down to another bath). Here is the layout:
1st floor-foyer
2nd floor-kitchen, spacious living and dining room, and small bath/shower (for use by bedroom 2 flights up on floor 3)
3rd floor- one VERY small bedroom with 2 beds, no bathroom on this floor for this bedroom (2 flights down), master suite with private bathroom.
4th floor- bedroom and bath across hall, exit to roof deck.
