Good location

Affordable and good location.

Parking, should be adequate for quest.

Ambience is good, alot of watchable channels in their tv, and it's near gaisano

TV is small and is not as advertised (supposed to be 32"), The blanket is really dirty with visible stains. The toilet door needs fixing.

Room was clean, air con was good. Location was OK, on main street but still quiet despite location on busy street.

Our trike driver from the Ceres bus stop told us we could get a private van for 4 to go to Caticlan (Boracay) for 1500 pesos. The desk clerk said she would call to make a reservation for the van. I decided to check out the van service in person which was about four blocks from our hotel. I personally spoke to the van dispatch person, confirmed a private van the next morning for 1500 pesos. When we arrived back at the hotel the desk clerk said she reserved a private van for 2000 pesos. I had already advised her that the rate was 1500. I told her to cancel her reservation because I had personally spoke to the van service dispatch and reserved the rate for 1500. I've lived in the Philippines for 13 years. This was an example, to me, of the so-called "skin tax" where foreigners are sometimes charged a higher rate.

The room is spacious

After I booked the room in booking. Com its show the rate only 1260. Upod check in. They collect me 1412 pesos. Rules is sucks no visitors allowed even food in the outside is not allowed.

The location and accessibility is very good.

There's no elevator. I'm a senior citizen and it's quite hard to go up and down the stairs. There was no coffee shop in the hotel.

Id like the most was the staff and the room.
