Pas de véritable petit déjeuner mais l’accueil est sympathique et ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous offrir une bouteille de vin et des produits pour le déjeuner….(jus, café croissants, morceau de tarte et lait…).de belles attentions. Ils sont gentils! C’est assez près de la gare ferroviaire, ce qui est intéressant.de plus, il y a une navette (accessible devant la gare, les billet de ce bus s’achète dans un tabac (on en trouve un dans l’édifice de la gare). La navette se rend au ferry et à l’aéroport. L’horaire est affiché à l’arrêt du bus (grosso modo, un bus par 30 minutes). C’est génial!!! (Un bon resto (où il vaut mieux réserver…: La Locanda del porto))

C’est erroné de dire que le Check-in est entre 12h et 21h car il faut récupérer les clés à une Cantine qui ferme de 13h à 17h…(si on a pas de téléphone ou accès wifi, ça fait un peu de pression). Il faut donc le prévoir, ce que nous avons fait.

La posizione,in centro in un bel vicoletto particolare e colorato, alle spalle del lungomare. Il monolocale ha veramente un ottimo potenziale, ma se non si mettono in regola e un cliente ( o suo figlio peggio ancora) prende la scossa questi passano i guai!

Impianto elettrico fuori norma, e pericoloso ( guardate le foto, una delle prese è a 30 cm dal lavandino, quindi ho dovuto fare massima attenzione a non fare spruzzi e avere le mani asciutte per usare l'interruttore della luce, guardando bene dove mettevo le dita per non rischiare di toccare i cavi elettrici, provate a pensare se con me ci fosse stato un bambino) e secondo loro avrei dovuto attaccare una stufa elettrica da 2000w su quella presa, visto che il bagno era ghiacciato perché non viene raggiunto dalla pompa di calore, e avevano dimenticato la finestra sopra la doccia aperta fino alle 21. Il monolocale è dotato di cucina, che però consiste in una piastra induzione a 1 posto, una moka elettrica e un microonde...da usare uno per volta, visto che non ci sono prese idonee, oppure forzando le spine shuko in una multipresa con prese italiane. Ho contattato l'assistenza clienti booking per avere il rimborso totale. Booking si è scusato con un piccolo rimborso , ma dice che da parte della struttura non ha avuto risposta.

Excellent location in a picturesque alley. Secluded, despite the fact that in the vicinity of a busy street on one side and frequented restaurants on the embankment below. Due to its location in Centro Storico, all monuments are within a proverbial stone's throw. Those who miss cooking have a sufficiently equipped kitchenette at their disposal. The hostess is above standard obliging, even for Italian traditions. She used to make up for shortcomings with a bottle of good wine, fruit and pastries.

Well, is would be nice to advice proper address, i.e., the wine shop on Largo Guglielmo da Brindisi. Monolocale "le sciabiche" is far not enough…

Location is perfect, in the middle of the old city, near main street on the sea, room clean and you have all what you need. The owner is very friedly. The welcome table exceeded our experctetions.

The owner is very nice, she prepared a cake for us, some fruits and snack, also we got a bottle of wine. The apartment is really good located and inside there is everything you need - big bed, kitchen with coffee and tea, bathroom.

The apartment is very dark and humid. In a lot of places on the floor and walls there is a lot of mold. After waking up our body was humid. The window is straight to the street which was very loud - neighbours, garbage truck, we could hear everything. But the price is not very high so if it's a priority in your travel, probably you consider not perfect conditions.

Amazing place in the heart of Brindisi. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and homemade pie.
