Good location, Good view of györ, friendly staff, and big room

The bathroom is a bit dark, and the TV didn't work in the 28th room

Location was superb. Breakfast was a little disappointing.

Nothing to complain about

Nagyon jó helyen van a szálloda, a szoba is megfelelő, tiszta, a személyzet segítőkész, kedves.

Vízpart mellett közvetlenül, szúnyogháló nélkül! Hát ez nem volt kellemes. 9 euró/nap a parkolás a szálloda parkolójában.

Nice hotel on an island, very close walking distance to the historical centre of Győr. We had a spacious nice and comfortable room on the second floor. It is a very nice location (1km walk from the train station) and good value for money.

The only minor point is the fact that the rooms on the first floor have their balconies directly under the windows of the rooms on the second floor. This can be noisy if people use their balconies on the first floor and talk late in the evening there (for example on a warm summer night). However, the rooms have AC and if one closes one's windows there also is no noise issue from below. Only if one switches off the AC and sleeps/prefers to sleep with open windows, this may be an issue in some cases.

Location of the hotel and that it has a safe parking place with cameras (parking costs extra)

Small shower ,no place to put your shower gel in the shower ,no shower gel/shampoo/soap from the hotel in the bathroom ...loud neighbours (you could literally hear them talk during the night making us unable to sleep),maybe the walls were that thin ,no idea but I expected more ...the curtains are so thin and short that light comes in the room already making it super bright in the room at 5 am(again making it hard to sleep ) ..the rooms at first floor have no remote for the AC,we had to ask/bother the receptionist to turn the AC from the reception thru a phone /WiFi connection....was my second time here ...but I did not enjoyed especially when the room is almost as expensive as other much better hotels .
