Pool was lovely and clean, room was massive and very traditional

Games area could have been updated , we didn’t use it but passing comment as it’s something they mention they offer

Beautiful location and handy to town square and shops. Apartment was spacious and well equipped. It was a great spot with pool and shady gardens to enjoy after a day of touring the local area. Parking was on site. Hosts were friendly and helpful with ideas for exploring the area.

I stayed for two nights at the start of October and had a mixed experience. When I checked into my room, it was quite cold. I tried to turn on the heating via the air conditioning, but it didn’t work. I bundled up for the night but woke at 4 a.m., absolutely freezing. Unfortunately, when I telephoned the number I had for the venue, the response I received was shockingly rude. The lady on the phone told me that her own house was 18°C and implied that I should just put up with it. I am aware that the guideline in Tuscany is not to turn on the heat until November. Eventually, she reluctantly agreed to speak with another member of staff to see what could be done. Thankfully, the other lady — whose name, if I remember correctly, is Sandi — was absolutely lovely and kindly brought a heater to my room. It’s just a pity that not everyone at the property shares Sandi’s level of professionalism and courtesy.

The cold was my only complaint. I would like to visit again in the Summer as the pool area looks lovely and the location is great.
