Villa is exactly as described. Clean, hygenic, spacious and nice parking gargage. Great location, very safe for kids and excellent maintenance.

Really nice house. Lovely swimming pool and garden area. Well equipped.

You have to pay for cleaning fees at the end of your stay and pay for sheets and towels on top of the price too.

The polite and helpful management at reception, the clean swimming pool, the comfortable beds, the ensuite facilities, the well equipped kitchen - great fridge freezer with ice and cold water dispenser, the efficient AC in the bedrooms. The TV in the living room and bedroom, the comfortable furniture. The property is easy walking distance to a very clean beach, lots of shops (with very pleasant staff) and lots of cafes and restaurants. Cavalaire sur Mer is a very nice little town with lots of good amenities. The town is very clean and hospitable.

The AC in the living room/kitchen did not work. However this was not a big problem as the AC in all the bedrooms worked well. The vacuum cleaner required the filters to be cleaned before it would work properly (no suction) There were no cleaning products in the kitchen. I left several cleaning products for the next guest (along with useful items like salt, pepper and olive oil). There were no spare bin bags in the kitchen. The patio doors from the kitchen area could not be opened. There were several light bulbs missing from light fittings. However all these things were not an issue as the property was excellent
