We’ve stayed at this house 3 years in a row. We love it! Lots of room for activities and it is in the best location. The house is walking distance to a beach and restaurants.

This house met all our needs. We were 3 families with adult children. There was room for everyone. We found the shared spaces for meals and games more than adequate. It’s a great bonus that the owners provide linens. The yard and deck around the house were beautiful and we played many outdoor games. Walking to the beach and/or using the beach pass provided by the owners worked out fantastic. Kalmus Beach was our favorite! Thank you Marcus and Kristen for a wonderful beach vacation. Your home is beautiful and we will definitely return.

Amazing home tucked away and steps away from the beach and Main Street. Home had more than enough space for everyone to spread out and still be together.

We had a big family gathering with multiple families, kids ranging from 1-17, etc, and the house worked perfectly. 5 bedrooms with 4 queens and 1 king, and then the basement which could sleep 6 if you wanted. Air Conditioners kept the place cool all week, the kitchen sat around 11 total, and there was plenty of outdoor seating on the deck or below on the patio with an awesome outdoor shower. To me it was the perfect rental, where all the finishes were nice, but not so nice that you are afraid of using them if that makes sense. .3 mile walk to Keyes beach was perfect, and only 1 mile to Veterans beach in the cove. They supplied one parking pass which worked perfect to get coolers and beach chairs to the beach. Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely rent again for a big gathering.

The location of this property was excellent and within walking distance from three beaches and downtown Hyannis. The house was comfortable for a large extended family group. Highly recommended!

This home fit our group of 10 perfectly. Plenty of room to either all be together or separate. Easy walk to the beach or into town to eat and shop. The outdoor shower was a nice surprise (looks new) and many nights were spent around the firepit making s’mores. The deck space off the kitchen was great for grilling and eating outside.

Four families with our children rented this house for a week and we had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room for everyone, all of the bedrooms were air conditioned and comfortable, and the house was stocked with everything we could have wanted, including a great, open kitchen with a table and bar seating, plus a finished basement with a big TV and gaming equipment, and even a fire pit. The owners were very responsive to our questions, and the house is a very short walk to a nice, quiet beach. We walked 15-20 minutes into downtown Hyannis almost every day, where there are shops, restaurants, and activities. The only negative thing I could say about the house is that we couldn't figure out how to lock the bathroom doors, so we kept the doors open unless someone was using them. We definitely would recommend this place and are hoping to go back ourselves next summer!

Our extended family-3 boys between 10 and 14, 2 sets of parents, 3 grandparents-shared this house for a week. It was comfortable and charming. Enough room for everybody to get away when they wanted to and great spaces for 10 to hang out together eating or playing games. The location was quiet and set way back from any street but an easy walk to the ocean or stores. Next time we can get to the Cape, we will definitely rent this house again.

Ideal home for a large group. Home was very well equipped. Ideal backyard for families to play and relax. Close enough to Keyes Beach to walk to and view the fireworks.

Spacious, comfortable, well appointed and provides privacy. Nice walk to the beach. Large yard for the kids to play.

Perfect location, close to beach and town. Rode bikes everywhere. House has plenty of room, all the women in our group now want an island like the one in the kitchen. 2 refrigerators were a bonus. Definitely recommend this property.

This was an excellent house for our large group. There was plenty of space. The yard is wonderful for children to play. It was close to the beach. The owners were very nice and very responsive.

We had a family reunion week on the Cape and we're lucky enough to find this house. Marcus and Kristen were awesome and helpful from start to finish! We had 14 in our party and did not feel on top of each other all. The outside decks and yard were great. It was real hit the whole week but the house was extremely comfortable with the air conditioning. We will definately look to book this house again for our next time in the Cape!

Very clean, had everything you could possibly need for your vacation rental.

Our extended family of 14 (6 grandkids under the age of 7) fit nicely into this home. The property was clean and the owners were quick to help with anything needed. Big bonus was the large backyard and playset for the kids and it's proximity to the beach was perfect. We would return here if we plan another vacation to the Cape.

The house was great for a large group of friends but certain rooms were definitely older. There were bugs in some rooms but overall, the house was amazing. Marcus and Kristen were great to work with as well.
