Hammam was great. Titif & Oussama were helpful and good hosts.

My friends ring was stolen from our room and that ruined our stay. WiFi in the room was bad.

The hospitality was amazing, very happy with everything, breakfast lovely. Totally recommend and thanks the staff for a great experience.

We spent our first holiday in Marrakech at Riad Boustane and were treated like royalty. The reception staff was always there to help us, advise us, despite our morning trips he was always there to serve us breakfast (even at 06:30) He was always ready to help us. It's incredible to spend our holidays in this riad, where we feel at home. This quality of service does not exist in star hotels and we will return to this or the new riad for the pleasure of seeing you again. Thanks again for everything.

the best in this hotel was the hotel manager Osman - he was so nice and took us to see the city , took care of us at night when we go lost. breakfast was great and tasty!

I had an excellent time at this Riad. Ossama was amazing. He is very very very concerned about your hospitality. He made sure that he is involved in everything such as breakfast, excursions, relaxing and meals. He is very patient especially with peaky customer like me. I just visited this Riad from November 25th to 29th, 2022. The staff is amazing over there. If you really want to experience the culture of Marrakech. This Riad is the best to stay. Especially you get to explore the Medina with it's big market and restaurants. Good people, good host, good food, good vibes. Make sure that you have a wonderful tour guide as Si Mohammed. You will be safe and enjoy your experience. Thank youuuuuuu so much. Will highly recommend. This Riad cares about their tourists.

Nothing to complain about the Riad. It's ONLY about the weather ,in case if you are escaping winter in New York. If you are visiting Marrakesh ,Casablanca, during winter ,like November- December, make sure that you bring your sweater. You will not have time to enjoy the pool or beach, it's like Spring in New York. It's cold. When It will be 70° during the day and 50° at night.but no worries ,the Riad will provide heater 24/7. Despite all, it's good to visit at this time, you will enjoyyyyyy it.

The place is magical but the biggest magic was performed by Ousama ana Yasser ... Both made us feel welcome and special like nowhere else.

Riad Boustane is beautiful and the people that work there make it even better. Oussama and Yassir made us feel at home the whole time and Ousamma even upgraded our room free of charge. They were both amazing throughout our whole stay and made sure we were always well taken care of. The breakfasts were also great and made even better when you get to eat it on the beautiful rooftop every morning.

The Riad is about a 10-20 minute walk from the main parts of town depending on where you are going. This was not an issue for us and we were happy to walk everywhere but something to be aware of.

Our stay at Riad Boustane was simply great. The hotel is beautiful and nicely decorated: the patio, the huge terrace and the rooms were clean, comfy and pretty. Food is good, especially breakfast! A nice mix of Moroccan specialties and "global" elements. We had one dinner there and it was great as well. Location is not right in the center of the Medina but this is actually nice because it gives you the opportunity to see less touristic and more authentic areas of the city. Plus the "new city" outside the city walls is just a few blocks away and it is worth a visit as well, especially if you ask Oussama and Yassir, the hosts, to recommend you places. Oussama and Yassir are amazing. Honestly, we had such a great time mostly thanks to them: their friendliness, attention and recommendations made the stay really great. I highly recommend visitors to engage conversations with them because they will give you great and real recommendations. A big thank you to both of them. Last thing: the hammam is definitely a must!

I really don't see much. I'd say wifi is not only great and you must make sure you're connected on the right network. And the swimming pool was not very warm, but let's be honest it was end of November so I'm being extremely picky there. It was a great stay, really go for it !

Located on the north side of the Media at walking distance from Jardin Majorelle, this authentic Ryad has a nice terrasse & swimming pool. The staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable & attentive.

It was a great stay but if we need to find a small low point it would be the weak soundproofing between the stairs & our room.

I liked that they give a very personalized customer service, the hotel was always at our disposal for anything we needed. The two guys who work at night and during the day are very kind and care about our wellness.

I was waiting to write this review to see if my frustration would fade away a little, but it hasn’t. My review has it’s rightful place! I booked this Riad on the booking platform for very little money, about 2 to 3 weeks before my stay. This was probably the owners mistake. Nobody reached out to me. no e-mail, no WhatsApp message, nothing. I travelled alone as a female and arrived pretty late in Marrakech. The first thing my driver said to me, is that, it is a dangerous place in the Medina where this Riad is located (at least at night) and I need to get in touch with the owner of the Riad, so he can pick me up. Neither the phone number on the reservation, nor the number on google worked. I couldn’t reach anyone. GREAT! That was on 1am. So I arrive at the Riad, show the gentleman my reservation. He excuses himself, get on the phone with the owner of the property and returned to me, handed me the phone. Well now I’m talking to the owner (at 1am, my driver gone, in a dangerous place in the Medina) saying to me that the price I paid was not enough and either I pay (10 times more the amount I had already paid) or I have to find something new. That was a really LOW move and a total abuse of his power he had at this point. He had made a mistake, didn’t try to fix it beforehand, instead waited until the guest arrived. Unbelievable! I’m discussed until this day. That’s no way to lead a business! Will never ever recommend this Riad!

The Riad is fairly centrally located, 20 minutes walk from the center of the Medina. Our room was spacious and clean. The hosts were very welcoming and nice, giving us guidance and advice on exploring Marrakech. The breakfast was good and also included in the room price.

The air conditioning was not working properly.

The location is great and the riad is beautiful,the facilities are great and everything is really taken care of. The highlight of this Riad is the amazing staff Oussama and Mohammed are just incredible, they really make an effort to make you feel comfortable and give really good tips in order to enjoy Marrakesh and will help you with booking restaurants or anything you may need. Just for them it is worth every penny. Easy to walk by from the riad close to the medina and the new city. I will for sure repeat if i come back to Marrakesh

They offered everything in the hotel and the cleaners changed towels every day.

One of the receptionist didn’t speak very well English so we had a little trouble understanding each other. Moreover, prices of all additional services and tours/experiences were way too exaggerated (based on price comparisons made there).

I came very late and i was calling their phone number but no one answer me, we were two ladies and the riad is hard to find especially at night. we had to go back to airport for internet to rebook another place so extra charges and, they made our day and experience very miserable

Very hospitable staff

Breakfast was amazing, staff are so helpful and friendly, they really make go the extra mile to look after you. The location is a little out of the centre of all the action, but it was perfect because you see other parts of the medina and you are away from the madness.

amazing pink terrace! perfect for pictures in the sunset and a different breakfast served every morning in the sun! the patio was traditionally marroccan with 300 years old decoration.

the staff were absolutely fantastic. especially Ousamma and Mohammed. they went out of their way to assist. organised travel. recommended day trips. did all the arrangements. gave us tips. breakfast was out of the world - everyday was something different. the rooftop terrace was a gorgeous sun trap.
