El apartamento Arrozal es muy cómodo, tiene una ubicación inmejorable en el centro de Valencia y cuenta con toques de lujo.
Tiene dos habitaciones: una con cama de matrimonio de medidas150X200 y otra con dos camas de 90X200. Un baño con una amplia ducha en la habitación de matrimonio y otro baño en el pasillo, también con ducha y la lavadora.
La cocina está equipada con horno, microondas, hervidor de agua, tostador, cafetera y exprimidor eléctrico. También tiene lavavajillas.
El apartamento Arrozal tiene calefacción de gas natural para el invierno y aire acondicionado de instalación en todas las dependencias. También cuenta con WiFi de alta velocidad.
Es un edificio antiguo rehabilitado: se tiró abajo y volvió a construir manteniendo la imagen de la fachada. Algunos de los elementos decorativos como por ejemplo las puertas y las rejas son originales. Ha resultado un edificio elegante, con empaque, siendo a la vez cómodo y moderno.

Our stay at this VRBO could not have gone better. The location is incredible. Just steps from the Central market, historical landmarks, restaurants, and shopping. The unit is clean, secure, and stocked with all necessary kitchen items. There was extra bed linen and pillows if needed, and plenty of closet space. Our host responded promptly to our questions, and if we find ourselves in Valencia again, this will be our reservation of choice. Book with confidence.

Perfect location in the city center. Three major plazas and the Central Market are within a few blocks. It is on a very safe side street that is remarkably quiet. Pilar and Raquel quickly responded to all our communications. Pilar even had new mattress delivered during our stay that made the apartment perfect. Would highly recommend.

I really liked the property. It was cool even at the height of a heatwave so the air conditioning worked v well. It was very central located re supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants etc. and very clean I would have liked a little more plates etc in the kitchen. I do think it is time the beds are replaced. Similarly, polyester sheets in the heat were quite hot in bed. But other than that I would reconsider without hesitation.

Great location. Fantastic owner. After Valencia, we went to Denia and had a rental from a management company. It was the worst!
This place, by comparison, was great. A/C since it was over 34 degrees when we were there. I have it 4 stars for cleanliness because the people before us must have had rotted fruit. 3-4 fruit flies and some ants. But not the property owner. Also, think the little ants came from next door since they were near the front door. I was 100% recommend this place. (Maybe grab a small trash can from IKEA for the bathrooms.)

We fell in love with Valencia on our three week stay, and the apartment was a large part of it. Roomy, nice, safe, and the most amazing sound proof window doors I’ve ever experienced. The location is knock out. Turn right and you’re minutes from the Mercado. Turn left and your minutes from Placa Reina. The entire city is walkable. Fabulous stay. We’ll be back.

Location, location, location - in the city center with many sights and public transit super accessible. I loved walking to the Mercato Central each day to pick up whatever looked good for lunch - only 2 blocks away and visible from the balcony! Kitchen was adequately equipped as we did a lot of cooking at home given the long stay. The place was clean and well kept. Pilar was very helpful - she helped us arrange airport transport on arrival and when we noticed a minor leak in the kitchen sink, she arranged for a plumber to be there the next day. We had some minor issues at check-in since the information she thought was there for us (wifi info, recycling info , etc) was not, but she was very helpful in real time to answer those questions. Overall highly recommend!

Location, location, location
Located in the heart of the old city center, this apartment was so convenient! Exactly as described, clean and great communications with manager. She arranged an airport pick-up which was very convenient. She also got us discounted tickets to the aquarium.
Cooking equipment could be updated, pots without lids, pans with aged non-stick surfaces, etc. We bought cheese shredder, ice trays, wine opener, and Tupperware to make it through our 24 day stay. Clothes washing is also a bit challenging without a dryer, but that's life in Valencia!
We absolutely loved our stay here! Would not hesitate to re-book if the opportunity arises.

Perfect in location in valencia
The flat was just as described. Lovely and spacious and one block from the wonderful central market, so what could be better. Plus it is on a quiet walking street. There were four of us, my husband and myself and our grown daughter and son in law. We could walk just about everywhere from this center of town location and “the kids” rode bikes all over. The food everywhere is wonderful. You will be completely comfortable in this lovely vrbo.

Terrific location
Great location. Really glad there is a lift to avoid the 114 steps to the 5th floor! Easy walking distance from the train but we appreciated Rachel calling out to us when she saw us on the street. She explained the “uniqueness” of the water heater and all worked well. The rooms are good sized and exactly as pictured. Loved the closeness to the market and so many restaurants. We absolutely would use this location again!

Beautiful Valencia
Had a great time in Valencia. Pilar kindly organised a taxi for us from and to the airport. Apartment very central although a little noisey . That said I would definitely stay again . Loved the fact you're so close to the Central Market where we had breakfast every morning. Looking forward to going back really soon.

Perfect location.
This was our first time in Valencia, and it was so nice to have the apartment to go home too. It was clean and owner was very prompt in answering any questions we had. The only negative thing is that the beds were not very comfortable Otherwise it was perfect

Very central!
This apartment was great! Very central to all the sights in the Old Town. Perfect location! Two bedrooms & bathrooms, very spacious apartment. Welcomed by housekeeper, Racquel who was very friendly. All went smoothly. Our only criticism would be that the mattresses and bed sheets could do with an update.

Wonderful location
This apartment is located were you could walk to the Central Market for fresh fruits,veggies & other goods. Then walk though neighborhoods rich in history, & stop into a great coffee shop before taking the public transportation to the Art & Science Center. Thank you Pilar, for sharing your city.

Fair, but would look elswhere in the future.
Great location, good communication with owner and housekeeper via WhatsApp, however had problems with the boiler re hot water, quick response,technician out 3 times during our week stay, still not resolved though.

Luxury apartment in central location
This is huge 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with tall ceilings and 3 balconies with tall windows. You can see Mercado Central right from the balcony!
From one side of apartment you enter beautiful Placa del Merkat and have tasty coffee and breakfast at Panaria. From another side of apartment you enter central street Carrer de Sant Martin with busy shops, restaurants that will lead you to the central old town as well.
The apartment is 5 minutes away from the central square and 10 from metro and train station.
The apartment is sparkly clean and light. You have two keys. One from front door and one from apartment. So this is extremely secure.
The apartment is located facing side street on top floor hiding from noise from central streets.
We enjoyed our stay in Valencia very much!

Great vacation.
The property is in a great location in Valencia, at walking distance from many tourist attractions and also transportation facilities. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable and includes all the details necessary for a perfect stay. Pilar and Raquel are wonderful hosts. I would stay again in this rental.

El Mercat, Valencia
Property was exactly as described, great position. Close to the central market, cathedral and the town hall. Plenty of restaurants, tapas bars and bars close by. Short walk to the metro and trams also to the park, formed in the old river bed, were some of the newish museums are situated. Would highly recommend the accommodation and Valencia, a serious rival to Barcelona and Madrid.

Perfect location
Wonderful space with large rooms. Quiet yet easy to walk all over town. The Mercado is fantastic and 2 minutes away. Easy walk to the train station. No complaints at all.

Extremely nice and perfectly located Apt
This Apt is on a very narrow street with no traffic with an Aura of antiquity, but it is exactly in the middle of everything and easy access to anywhere you wish to go. It is a very nice area and the building has very good security. We loved the Apt and its modern touches of decoration, Beds very comfortable, big open spaces, very clean and well appointed. We couldn't ask for a better place. The whole building seemed to be recently remodeled. We highly recommend it. You will just love it. Raquel was great providing us with very useful information. Thank You for lettings us use your property Pilar!

Perfection
Our stay in Valencia was wonderful. The apartment is perfectly located in the center of the old city. It is right by the Central Market (where every manner of fresh, delicious delicacy is available), all the shops, restaurants and cafes are at your fingertips. With high ceilings and marble floors the apartment is airy, stylish and pleasing. French balconies in both bedrooms and the living room, spacious well equipped kitchen, and the mattresses were very comfortable. Even the lobby and elevator seemed welcoming as we returned from our explorations. Because of the perfectly central location, we were able to return to the apartment several times a day. To eat or relax, or drop off shopping or shower and change clothes, then, rested and refreshed, just stroll back out and continue exploring the lovely City of Valencia.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
