The facilities were great, the AC super silent, big toilet, and the jacuzzi was really a plus.

The aprtment was nice and clean. Perfect location in a calm area though close to Fira centre.
There was almost no light in the washroom as well as outside washroom. It was very difficult to use mirror to get ready. Basically doing everything in the dark. Additionally, I did not like the owner reaching us as soon as we left the apartment to complain about leaving one of switch on. We switch off all the lights except the one for outside. The switch was inside the apartment for the common area outside and we were unaware about that one. So, we did not notice that was on. It's good to save energy and we also prefer that. She should have just left us a note after turning that off.

Excellent location for everything. Various eating facilities in the neiborhood. Appartment was spotless clean absolutely helpful staff. 5 mimutes walk to the buss stop amd 15 minutes walk to Fira main square.

The property was clean and the easy to find we hired a car it literally took 10 mins from santorini airport to the Apartment
Thira Town is literally a 15 min walk from apartment , its also so close to other towns like kamari, oia if you plan to get around this is the ideal place.
The apartment its self was very spacious good size bedroom/ bathroom and kitchen Area.
Inna was our host she was very responsive and helpful, she made the stay very easy Thank You Inna

Everything, very good apartment, super greek style, clean, comfortable, etc, etc ,etc
going to the downtown even thou it is close, it feels scary to walk around. Even tho it is not a problem of the apartment

The host (Nina) was super friendly and so helpful, full of suggestions such as where to eat(Katerinas) and how best to enjoy Santorini. The apartment was spacious for 3 people. She also allowed us to have late check out and organised transport to and from the ferry. Thank you for a memorable stay and great communication before check in.

We loved the spaciousness of the Apartment and our Apartment had two balconies.
The location was reasonable walking distance to Fira and very close.to some lovely local cafes. Our Host, Ina, was very friendly.and helpful and there if we needed anything
There was no TV in the lounge room.which we found a little odd, and short on cutlery and cooking equipment. The Apartment was very modern but lacked a few basic amenities.
However, overall we enjoyed a very comfortable stay

Ina was amazing really helpful with organising excursions and giving tips on the best places to go. The apartment is so spacious clean and cool, and the private jacuzzi was an amazing bonus

Nice location in quieter neighborhood but with east parking options, good food and coffee, and walkable to the Fira city center. Apartment was nice and very clean, Ina was communicative and helpful to work with. We would stay there again!

High standard deco and ambiance of rooms. Plates, mugs, cups were really exquisite.
I didn’t like the apartment being far from Fira city centre. You have to walk into city which is 15-20 minute. Not ideal in heat. But there is a bus that takes 3 minutes. Since it’s a bit far away the price should’ve been cheaper. Quite expensive considering it’s not near the city centre. Other nicer apartments were cheaper which had small swimming pools and near city.
Also we were told to not put toilet paper down the toilet but in the bin! Which was disgusting. Other apartments never told us to do that.

We absolutely loved our stay at Filoxenia! It was clean, spacious and had thoughtful touches around the apartment. Ina (host) was very accomodating and hospitable, and made our stay very enjoyable. She gave excellent recommendations and organised our transport around the island. We thoroughly recommend staying here and would not hesitate to rebook again in future!

We really appreciate the host Ina - she was very helpful, she helped us to rent a car, arrange a boat trip.
Appartment is clean, well furnitured, with an attention to details. We liked the shower. The locality was in the middle of the island , so it is near to all the highlights.
You need a car or a motorbike in this locality. The hot tube should be hotter.

Everything was perfect. Our room was very large and comfortable, the hot tub was fabulous and we had 2 balconies! The host was so so helpful and very nice, gave us information on things to do, helped us book transportation and no request was too much.

Excellent customer service. Ina helped us from end to end. We were able to arrange a transfer from the port to the property in advance. She also helped us organise the rest of the trip - renting a quad motorbike, sailing trip etc. Our timings weren't perfect but thanks to her we were able to take the most of it.
Room. Very spacious room, clean and comfortable bed. Jacuzzi was a plus.

Location was great, not in the city but close enough to walk or catch the bus and see the sights. The apartment was beautiful and clean, and the hot tub was amazing! The host, Ina, was lovely and went above and beyond for us during our stay when we needed help. She also helped us to arrange airport transfers. Would definitely recommend.

Our apartment, Morpheas, had a touch of greek tradition, and in the same time, was comfortable and quite modern.

The rooms temperature was pleasant and the air fresh.
The property is located in a more quiet and safe area, about 16 minutes walking distance from Thira. It has a buss stop nearby, and many shops, restaurants and bakeries.
Ina contacted us and helped us with an early check in (which I appreciated very much), and assisted us with everything we needed for a plesant stay.
We wished we could stay longer there!

It’s a very good located appartement in a small town, very quiet neighborhood not far from Fira, you can take the bus at the corner of the street to different locations. I rented a car and this was very practical for visiting all places on the island.
The appartement was perfect, good beds, clean, a jacuzzi, everything you need was there.
Ina was a terrific host, she showed us on a map the must seen places and was very helpful and caring.

We had an amazing experience. The apartment was really nice and perfect in every details. The landscape and jacuzzi simply wonderful. The position of the accommodation is just close to the center city of Santorini, Fira. I would like to spend some words about Ina. She is absolutely one of the best host we have ever meet. She gave us very useful advices and she made us feel as at home. Grazie mille per tutto.

The personnel was very nice to us. She helped us with everythink we need.
The jacuzzi was awesome and the view was impressive. We had near the apartament restaurants, shops, gas station.
An electric stove will be very useful.
