I did not have any good experience with the hotel. I made a reservation based on the Booking.com score, but the rating is completely unrealistic.

It's a disastrous place. They gave us a damp-smelling apartment in the basement. There is no information at the entrance except for a phone number. The person on the phone can only speak German. During the two nights we stayed, the apartment was not heated even though the air temperature dropped below 5 degrees. Although we reported the problem many times both on booking.com and through the hotel administrator, the problem was not resolved. The first night, the hotel administrator said that there was a malfunction in the heating system, but despite our insistence, he did not make any effort that day to solve the problem. On the second day the heating turned on at the lowest temperature. On the third day, the operator did not turn on the heating even though it was 4 degrees outside and below 10 degrees inside. The hotel administrator stated a ridiculously and false excuse that it is illegal to turn on the heating after 10 p.m. in Germany due to Russia Ukraine war! We talked to the booking.com call center for more than 2 hours to solve the problem, but booking.com did not help us in any way. All Booking.com did was report our requests to the operator. In short, the operator and the facility are a disgrace. No matter how low the price is, I definitely do not recommend it under any circumstances. Also, booking.com never takes concrete steps to solve the problem. Booking.com was not helpful in resolving the heating issue, nor in canceling and refunding the reservation. I will not book again on Booking.com!

Apartment was spacious. Access to yard was a wonderful option. Clear instructions for self check-in, easy and convenient.

Location on a basement floor made apartment feel humid, and it was hard to ventilate it in evenings. General feeling that it's a bit run-down place. Low ceiling in bathroom and some weird steps in kitchen made it less convenient for longer stay that you would expect from this kind of apartaments.

Convenient self-check-in, apartment was big with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Kitchen had everything necessary including microwave.

There was no soap in the bathroom. The bedsheets were too small. Washing machine has to be paid for (5€), even though the description never mentions it.

The place was very clean and warm

There was nobody when I arrive to ask for the keys and how to get in touch with anybody
