ADLER Historic Guesthouse

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Adler Historic Guest house. I loved being in the heart of the historic district, but it did make finding the hotel and parking a little confusing. Once we confirmed you actually need to drive over what appears to be a pedestrian bridge, we had no issues finding the hotel and checking in. Our room was clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. The breakfast was extensive and tasty. But our favorite feature was the rooftop pool with a lovely view of the Weißer Turm (White Tower) and Brixen Cathedral. Our only regret was we did not have a longer stay and the opportunity to explore Brixon and the surrounding vineyards and castles. The hotel graciously accommodated my wife’s gluten-free restriction with many nice options.

At a central location, you find this little pearl in Brixen with a swimming pool on the roof, amazing breakfast, and incredibly nice owners and staff.

From a frequent international traveler’s point of view, this hotel ranks as one of the highest. Recommended for superb experience. What makes it so - is first and foremost, Marika serving at the front desk. Going way beyond the call of duty. She gave smiling advice with nothing too much to ask. The rooms are simply beautiful. The amenities perfect and the breakfast service tasty and eloquent.
