Hôtel très propre avec un personnel très serviables et chaleureux. Des plats variés et plutôt correctes pour la réputation culinaire du pays. Des animations quotidiennes et beaucoup d’activités accessible à l’hôtel.

Tout était top. Hôtel peut être un peu loin du centre ville mais parfait si on recherche tranquillité et repos.

unico punto di miglioramento a mio avviso sono gli orari degli snack che potrebbero essere migliorati (es. 10.00-12.00 + 14.30-17.00).

Tolles Hausriff, weitläufige Gartenanlage, viele unterschiedliche Pools, mehrere Poolbars, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, guter Service, reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Büffet. Genügend Platz am Pool und auf den Liegen am Strand.

unser Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch voll ausgestattet und stets sauber. Wir waren ausschließlich zum Schnorcheln hier. Wenn man für einen Badeurlaub anreist, muss man wissen, dass man nur über den Steg zum schwimmen ins Wasser kommt.

Každý bol veľmi milý a priateľský. Hotel je nádherný na dobrom mieste, v moti krásme koraly. Boli sme veľmi spokojní.

V moti nebolo dobre označené, po kade môžete ísť, nakoľko tam rástli koraly. Ľudia po nich chodili. Odporúčam tam dať lepšie označenie.

Alles . Ein extrem altes und runter gekommenes Hotel . Das Essen war ungenießbar . Und preis Leistung waren weit voneinander entfernt . In meinen Augen 3 Sterne

Sehr sauber und schön ruhig, perfekt zum entspannen. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Preis Leistung ist top! Muss aber sagen es ist wirklich ein Hotel ehr für Erholung. Trotzdem TOP!

Alles! Het personeel is zo aardig en vriendelijk. Je wordt op je wenken bediend. Ze regelen echt alles voor je. De zwembaden zijn echt fantastisch en het strand is heerlijk. We hebben super lekker gegeten. De tuinen zijn echt prachtig en worden zo mooi onderhouden.

De Wifi kan nog verbeterd worden. Op onze kamer en in de lobby hadden we goed bereik maar op de rest van het Resort mogen er nog wat versterkers worden bij gezet.

Everything went as great as possible. The front desk manager Mohamed Sobhi was very helpful and attended our every needs without hesitation. The staff is lovely and courteous. Service above and beyond.

Nothing, everything was perfect. Pro tip: if you want peace and quiet during evenings, request the room away from the lobby/terrace area. That is where entertainment is every night, and can get loud in your room until 11 pm.

Its a huge resort, with a lot of activities options and the hotel is very clean. The staff in the hotel is very helpful and polite, regardless of what time you contact them, they will assist. The animation team is the best, very active, friendly and fun and has entertaining shows every day and night. Definitely recommend staying in this hotel while in Hurghada.

too many vendors on the beach trying to sell you stuff when your relaxing. the hotel give out do not disturb signs but the vendors ignore them and speak to you anyway, and continue to ask even when you say you aren’t interested. this needs to be improved as takes away from the relaxation of the beach

A környezet és a szálloda állapota kifogástalan. Az ételek és italok minősége nagyon jó volt. A személyzet kedves, készséges, és gyors is. Az idő március elején már alkalmas a fürdésre. Sok medence áll rendelkezésre, az egyik még egy kicsit melegebb is mint a tenger. A tenger csodálatos: rengeteg a korall. (Sajnos az elmult években az állpaotuk nagyon leromlott, de ez nem a szálloda hibája: klímaváltozás az oka). Mivel a repülőtér és a város messze van, ezért biztosítanak transzfert, taxit. Közelben van egy jó golfpálya, ami taxival elérhető.

Sajnos a szálloda a várostól távol volt. Sajnos a szálloda környezete sem alkalmas a 'barangolásra'. Itt csak a szálloda területén lehet sétálni, de mivel ez a terület is elég nagy ezért ez is megfelelő.
