Alle Zimmer haben ein Balkon mit dem Seeblick und Felder. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und hat kein Schimmel, was in Azoren sehr ift der Fall ist. Die Strasse ist sehr ruhig, es ist eine sehr schöne Lage mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr guter Service.

Alles wahr sehr gut. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wandfarben in den Zimmern waren von Anfang an zu intensiv empfunden: orange und blau, wir haben uns aber daran gewöhnt. Die Barhocker sind zu hoch in der Relation zu Tischhöhe, essen war unbequem. WLAN nur im Wohnzimmer. Ist aber Kleinigkeiten im Vergleich dem Ganzen was diese Haus bietet.

It is relatively close to Sete Cidades. They also rent cars. The host was available and flexible.

There are three apartments. First we were offered the ground floor appartment. Ther was a massive musty smell and the wall nitrous in the smallest room. Although we left the windows and doors open this intensive smell infiltrated everything: our clothes, luggage etc. We asked for another appartment, the host was flexible and changed it - we were lucky that the other aparment was not occupied. The second room was also stinky but not as much as the first one. We stayed for few days, but going home all our stuff was stinky. If you read earlier reviews this is a long standing problem that has not been solved for years.
