The staff were incredible! The room was amazing and the whole property was brilliant.

Only problem was that the lift broke down during our stay, meaning the other lift was very busy and difficult to get to the different floors at times. Although this did not cause a problem with our stay.

The Hotel, staff, room,, and indeed, selection of food, were all excellent. We cant rate this place high enough.

Loved everything about this beautiful hotel.Spacious rooms,complimentary tea tray and bottle water.Bathroom large and modern and bed linen was crisp and excellent quality .loved the courtyard setting,The view from the top floor was stunning. We only stayed one night all inclusive to explore south of the island and it was fantastic value.

Overall the food was good,Breakfast was excellent selection,however the dinner time selection was poor and hot food was almost cold.

Upgrade room was ok and salads and white wine were ok

breakfast included was decent, with a lot of options and some fresh juices on top of the usual ones made from dry bags.

we had a few issues, the air con in the rooms is not great, the fan is not strong enough to cool the room down but they did provide us with a tan to make up for it. the bed frames are pretty cheap and the cleanliness is not the best.

-No wifi connection in our room -Fitness opens only at 10 and the receptionst did not want to open it earlier for us even it was empty and nothing had to be done. -very rare choose of all inclusive alchocolic drinks. The cooctails tasted bad

Everything!!! :-) If you visit Moro Jable you should have in consideration this location. People that are working there are very kind, the food was very delicious (we have half board). I ate the best paella that I ever tried. The room was very nice and big even if we had interior terace. Location, close to the most beautifull beach.

Maybe the internet (wifi) can be improved.

They let us have breakfast at 6:45 am because we had a bus to Puerto d. Rosario early morning.

Good location, very kind stuff, nice jakuzzi on the 6th and the 9th floor. When we wanted warmer water in it they kindly warm it quickly. We arrived late and they prepared dinner for us.

We booked standard room, these rooms don’t have balcony, only a small window but with nice view. There was a strange noise in the room. Walls are really thin. There is no every day cleaning service because of the covid.

We stayed here for a week and we enjoyed it very much. Staff was friendly, room was clean, speacious with comfy bed. Also the food was perfect, great selection and service. I would reccomend

Location, breakfast and dinner was very good.

Wifi is not working in the rooms and in the hall, only with android phones. It was weird for us that the room doesn’t have windows.

Very friendly reception staff, 2 jacuzzis on rooftops, close to the shops, beach/see view.

Great and very helpful staff. The food was really good.

The roof bar closing far too early.
