The apartment is in a fantastic location, right in the centre of the old town. Although it is very busy outside, the noise didn’t disturb (apart from the obvious church bells, but you do get used to them). We were met by the host who gave us the keys and showed us the apartment. It is very spacious, great for 5 of us.
Showers were warm, though we couldn’t work out how to use the jacuzzi!
The roof top terrace was a nice place to chill, and the umbrella was welcome as it was very hot.
A lovely place to stay in a lovely city
Getting down from the rooftop terrace was a little precarious due to the small steps! Also, greater shade would have meant we used it more.

The apartment was in a pretty part of the old town. The roof terrace was a bonus. Everything was as it looked in the photos. Our stay was very enjoyable.

The apartment was huge! A massive bonus when we had a three and a half year old with us. Absolutely loved the roof terrace, though my legs got sore going up and down so often! Brilliant Location!

Wonderful apartment right in the old town with bars and restaurants just outside the door. we are a family of five and the apartment was big enough for us. Big apartment and functioning ac. the host was very nice and helpful. we would highly recommend this apartment.

Spacious appartement and a very good location in the old town.
Very friendly host.
The rooftop terrace is nice.
The bathroom is very old and it's a bit weird that there's a shower in the bedroom (without a wall in between or without further bathroom furniture)
In the kitchen is equiped with a 4-ring hob, but you can only use 2 of them.

owner greeted us on arrival she was very nice, huge apartment in centre of old town but very quite, excellent private sun terrace and all the facilities for a self catering holiday

The apartment is huge and amazing and is simply perfect for a family stay with all the open space and its large terrace. Location is just off the main street so it is nice and quiet while still right in the middle of Old town; plus it is very close to the main road (with payed parking) making pickups and drop-offs easy, which is not a given in Zadar's Old town. The park that is really close by is just sugar on top.
The host was very friendly, met us right at the apartment and we're definitely looking forward to staying here again ...

The Appartement is climatized and very comfortable in the center of Zadar with mini Wellness Spa and Roof Top.
Breakfast and lunch is possible in one of the little bars or café in the streets...

Excellent location, lady was very nice and made us feel very welcome.
Apartment was very clean and big!
The bathroom smelled of sewage, there was no tea towel and no colander for draining our pasta. Also only 2 breakfast bowls. And not enough drinking glasses for a family of 4.
Also very noisy as the tower with bells is right next to the apartment and lively restaurants, couldn’t really keep our windows open.
