Big rooms

In hotel was group of young people having party, screaming, knoking on doors, smoking and laughing in hallways....we did not sleep at all. I went to reception twice but they did nit do anything. This was for us 4 worst sleepover hotel!!! I do not revomend

Good facilities for short stay (small pool and gym).

The room was unclean. There was dirty bed sheets/pillow cases upon arrival with stains and hairs. We vacated the room to allow for cleaning to take place, however when we returned, the hairs had been attempted to be removed but no linen changed. More hairs found under the sheets (proving nothing had changed). Photos on advert were deceiving - certain furniture not present, no hand towels or soap to be used in the bathroom. More hairs found around the room also (at the desk, on the floor of the bathroom and in the sink).

Ideal location near the bus stop, they also created a beautiful towel decoration on the bed as it was our honeymoon.

The opening hours of the pool could have been later.

The location was perfect, just a stones throw from bus terminal 2. Just around the corner was a 7/11 as well as a large selection of little restaurants and street food options. Hotel interior was fresh and modern, and even better than the photos.

The pool area had clearly been left neglected and was in dire need of some TLC. It could've been quite nice to spend time there (In the shade of the hotel in the afternoon), if only they tried to give it a bit of a cleanup. The corridor on our floor also needed some more cleaning, as well as the bathroom that could use a good scrub to get rid of lime scale.

The most friendly staff ever! the two girls at the evening desk helped us a lot. thank you! the hotel is amazing clean, quite and luxury. Fitnessroom and pool. we had a very good time there! easy access with motorcycle to old town

nothing to complain

Very good place for one night near bus teminal. Great bar just opposite hotel with awesome food. Everything you need its near.

The room was large and comfortable. There are many small restaurants and shops in front of the hotel. I had a quiet room overlooking the university.

Breakfast buffet was not available due to lack of guests (Covid travel restrictions).The replacement set menu breakfasts were not very good.
