For starters, location, location, location. Perfect location, rooftop terrace with an honesty bar, little pool and awesome view. There was safe offroad parking while you are in the middle of the the city and they served an excellent and varied breakfast. Very flexible in keeping our luggage while we were exploring the city. But, most importantly of all, Willy was a gem. He gave us a warm welcome and was very patient with our many questions, answering them all and handing out great tips about the do's and don'ts, the places to go and see....

Staff was so so nice - thanks!! We could leave our luggage in the hotel after the check-out. Nice area to go for walk and get lunch (Sushi Box, Active Sushi) Good breakfast (eggs, orange juice, bread, butter, cheese, ham,..) Very nice rooftop-view 😊

Sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Zufolge unseres Flugs sind wir erst um 21.00 Uhr dort eingetroffen was überhaupt kein Problem war. Hat uns ein wunderbares Restaurant zum Nachtessen mit Sonnenuntergang reserviert. Die Fahrt mit Uber war sehr einfach und günstig. Zimmer ist renoviert und es hat alles was es braucht für ein Stadtzimmer. In ca. 20 Minuten kann man problemlos zu Fuss die Waterfront erreichen (sichere Wege). Das Frühstück war guter Durchschnitt.

Wir hatten das Zimmer Nr. 1. welches beim Eingang war. Die Gäste hätten so auf unserem Sitzplatz auch rauchen können, was jedoch nicht geschah. Die Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken haben diesen einen negativen Punkt jedoch nicht.

The parking situation is a bit problematic as neighbors are very tense about people parking in their road. Need a permit.

Exceptional clean and comfortable rooms. The manager, Willie, must be mentioned. His service was world class. Experienced a bit of Cape Town history in a modern and comfortable way. Very good located. Easy to navigate from the accomodation to city, V&A Waterfront, etc.

Unfortunately we only spent one night at the Cape Finest Guest House but it was fantastic. The room was very nice and super clean. The roof terrace is just a dream to just relax and have a nice drink. There is a private parking lot behind the house (fenced), it is within walking distance to the center. The breakfast was delicious and absolutely freshly prepared. Last but not least, Sam made the whole thing a wonderful stay with his great manner. Thank you very much we enjoyed it very much

Everything about our stay was amazing! Room was very clean and cleaned every day! Our main host Willie was the greatest. He gave us the best tips for activities and restaurant. When we came back in the afternoon from the lions head track he asked us how our day was and gave us some restaurant tips. Before heading out we took a quick shower. When we came back from the restaurant, Willie had changed our towels, placed waterbottles next to our bed and had put some sweets on our bed and had put the bedlights on. This was a very nice and welcoming surprise. A true host!

Cape Finest is clean and cleverly thought out and designed. It’s modern and welcoming. In an excellent location with local amenities on the doorstep. Our room was lovely, and the bathroom large, clean and modern. All essentials were provided including robes and soft, white towels and bathroom toiletries. The roof terrace with plunge pool is fabulous with Table mountain as a backdrop. A very nice touch is the fridge stocked with snacks and drinks on the first floor. Anything used is just signed for. The breakfast area/kitchen is great as is the lounge area. All very tastefully laid out. A bonus is the secure parking at the back of the property. The staff here are outstanding in their genuine warmth and welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They go out of their way to make sure the guests have everything they need. Breakfasts are great. Thank you to Eugene, Sam and Wily for making our stay such a lovely one. We won’t hesitate to come back or recommend to others.

it is very noisy. you can hear the guest in the room next door talking and the stairs are right on your doorstep so you hear everything.

great location. nice boutique vibe. good response in advance for airport pick up etc. Willy was an excellent host during my stay. rooftop was excellent. highly recommend this guest house and the overall neighborhood for exploring Cape Town.

Cape Finest Guest House at 17, Loader Street is the best B&B we have ever stayed at around the world!! Everything about it is 1st class, the location is ideal for seeing/walking CT and the team of Eugene and Desmond make sure your stay is without blemish. Cannot recommend it more highly.

Willi the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. He is also an excellent cook and the breakfasts were delicious. The location is near some lovely small restaurants and you can walk to the centre of Cape Town or to the V and A.

The location was perfect and the staff warm and friendly, we absolutely loved our time here. Willie was a wonderful host, caring and friendly. Eugene and all the staff made our stay very special. Huge, very comfy bed and delicious heart breakfast. Having parking was great.
