Room nice, cleaning staff friendly.

Rooms was good. Pool much more little than it seems at the Photos. Fitnessroom is one threadmill, one bike, one rowing machine. Rooms never cleaned, Schimmel at the walls. But best: Staff at the reception. 2 or 3 young Girls which are absolutely arrogant, unfriendly and 0 welcome or helpfull. Dont say hello, dont look, if you come inside. Looking bored completely time playing with their mobilphones. I asked one girl, what about aircondition in Fitnessroom. First no understanding, then moving their shoulders what means: I dont care about it. Catastrophe! The other with black hairs thinks she is Miss Thailand. Should not work at Hotel reception. I dont recommend!

the staff were friendly and accommodating, the pool area seems nice and gets all day sun. the rooms were fine and the bed was big and comfortable (and very soft for Thai standards).

the bar next door is a little noisy at night if you’re travelling with kids or for work etc. it’s about a 15 min walk into the main area which was fine for us but maybe a little long for some. also, the river across the road smells absolutely putrid but luckily you can’t smell it from the room so that’s a plus!

Very easy to walk into old town. Loads of restaurants. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast simple but enough. Lovely pool area

No tea or coffee making facilities

The hotel was 10 or 15 minutes' walk to the Old Town. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and when they couldn't understand, they used a translator app. The bed was definitely the most comfortable we've had so far. Breakfast very basic cost 100 THB (if you havent already paid for it with your booking) but was fresh got all your staple items for a continental breakfast egg toast orange juice, cereal and milk.and Limitless coffee/ tea. The old town can provide an ample range of food and drink, a night market providing a range of different foods definitely worth a trip for the entertainment. Overall value for money.

The bathroom is a wet room but becomes hazardous after taking a shower. Please go careful! No kettle in the room however it is freely available in the lobby area. Air conditioning unit a little temperamental. Our bedding a was a little discoloured. The pool is not as big as the photographs suggests, however it does the job to chill out in for a little while. Two sunbeds were provided and three beanbags.

Great Location about a 15 minute walk into the Old Town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly made.

Nice, clean and comfortable and very cold air conditioning in the rooms for when its hot which was great.

Nothing to complain about apart from the shower because the whole bathroom floor gets wet being a wet room, which is expected anyway.

Huge bed super comfy! Perfect for a night.

I was having issue with my phone charger and the two ladies at the reception helped me, they are very helpful, and the location is very good its near everything .
