With two spacious double-bed rooms and separate washrooms, the villa fits my family of four perfectly. Well-equipped, tidy and delicate, the villa and its private garden and pool allowed us a very joyful family time. Wayan and his wife were exremely welcoming and helpful. They thoughtfully took care of our needs. We were able to dine in the villa after arriving late as the hostess helped us to order food from nearby restaurant. Highly recommend this villa to all family visitors!

- such a welcoming famlily - great pool and outside sitting area - large villa, maybe even too big for us :) - walking to centre was great (lovely restaurants in ubud!)

- although it was cleaned, some hair in bathroom, and some brown thing next to lavaboo - bathroom was a bit too big, and shower next to toilet made it a bit wet, so that should be improved

A beautiful apartment with a private pool, within the rear part of a lovely clean traditional middle class Bali family compound. The whole family were wonderfully kind. Quiet and great location to walk into centre of Ubud.

absolutely everything. the Villa is stunning and walking distance to central Ubud. pool is amazing. the hosts could not have been more accommodating, pick-up from airport, great restaurant recommendation, tour guide, taxi when needed. I would give 12/10 if I could and definitely go back if in Bali.

The lovely Balinese host family that live on site in the front of the villa are very generous, helpful, and kind. They are on call when assistance is required (from umbrellas to tourism advice) but they also allow total privacy at the same time. A high fence and lockable gate seperates their traditional Balinese homes from the beautifully maintained private garden, pool, and large detached 2BR villa. An 'L' shaped loungeroom, kitchen, and dining area separate the two very large, high ceiling bedrooms. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fan, an extra large firm bed, ensuite with toilet and shower, 2x lockable wardrobes and other storage. There is an extra dining table and lounge area under the large verandah outside. Your booking gives you private use of all facilities. Great location, walking distance to Ubud Palace, traditional dance show, lots of restaurants, rice fields, and monkeys, or they can provide transport. Breakfast and cleanliness up with Bali standard, pool temperature perfect, and hosts are even more thoughtful and friendly than expected in Bali. Thanks Ketuk, Wayon and family.

Amazing villa! Wonderful hosts. So special to stay in Wayan and Ketuts family compound. Villa is enormous a d the private pool was perfect. Breakfast choices in the morning were varied. The location is great too! Quite residential street just 15 min walk to busling downtown Ubud. We will be back😎

The owners of the property were great and really welcoming. The location of the villa was nestled behind a small families Balinese house. The property was great value for money and it felt like an authentic and relaxing experience.

Ketut was very attentive, she brought us extra passion fruit from the vines around the house each day because my son loved them, gave him fish food to feed the koi, brought us snake fruit to try and recommend lemongrass warung, just down the street, which had the best sate (and deliver). Her dad was also available as a driver, they could book tours for us and they had access to a masseuse who could come to the villa. They also run a small convenience store at the front with well priced drinks and snacks. Fantastic setup and lovely people.

everything ! honestly this place is fabulous , so private , quiet and the family so friendly . helped arrange trips for us , the villa had literally everything you could ever need , so thoughtful . lovely sunny garden , we hardly left the villa . ten mins walk to great restaurants. it’s the perfect distance away for peace. book this villa !

Firstly, good proximity to downtown, but perfectly quiet! such a warm, but unobtrusive welcome snd service by the family. it’s very spacious, high ceilings, good finishing, full kitchen. The private pool is a god-send. Tranquil setting. it was probably too much for a solo traveler…perfect for a family or 2 friends travelling together.

Although close to town, it is a rather long street. I found it easy because I hired a scooter. Small thing, really.

Breakfast delicious and amazing quiet location. Wayan and Ketut looked after everything and prepared everything with so much love and care. They are the best, and we are so glad to meet them and get the chance to stay in a beautiful and comfy place! we are coming back for sure. So grateful 🙏🏻.

Everything was lovely, peaceful. A small heaven. Building complex with private temple and housing of owner family. The villa itself is in the back. A little outside the center, so you escape the noise and chaos. Walkable, safe at night. Parking is possible on street, right across entrance. Very spacious, super clean. Absolute privacy. And fresh fruit provided, besides breakfast. Each room has private bathroom, cupboard, drwarers. Everything you need is provided. The family itself is wonderful. They live in the front part of the building complex. Terima kasi for everything! We hope to be able to stay again!

Nit a complaint, just a tip: add shower curtain between shower and toilet seat, plus built a low wall around shower to avoid run off.

The villa was very lovely, spotless and spacious. What I liked that it’s a homestay but with privacy as the house is at the end of family compound and is separated by a door. The family running the place is very lovely and helpful. Our kids played with theirs and got to feed the fish in a small pond. Before our arrival they fitted new mosquito nets over the beds which made sleeping mosquito free. Greatly appreciated

Nothing specific comes to mind as we greatly enjoyed our stay. Only thing is the sliding doors of the bedroom don’t slide very well.

Very lovely stay. Quiet and peaceful, little off the main roads noise but still in walking distance to all the shops and cafes. Villa has a lot of privacy and nice pool. Ideal with little children. we would defenitly come back and recommend this place.

We stayed 3 wonderful nights in this Villa. I have to say it is one of the best places I stayed in my whole life. You have this Villa tucked away behind the family home so far from the road. It is very quiet. No barking dogs, Roosters or Karaoke. Just the music of water from the pool. The rooms with the en suite bathrooms are huge and each have an aircon, a ceiling fan and a make up table. For people who like to prepare something to eat and dine in, there is also a kitchen with a microwave and 2 dining tables, one inside and one outside. Everything is so clean! The pool is so refreshing and the location is quite sunny. So good for sunbathers. Lastly I want to talk about the service. The owners are so nice. You really feel like they do this for passion. If there is anything you need, they are there for you. Laundry, tour, taxi, private driver, lunch, dinner. All can be booked here at the Villa with fair prices. Breakfast was included and was served into our Villa. Always with the freshest fruits. I really want to say thank you so much for making our stay in Ubud memorable. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Till next time!
