En una dirección, se encuentra a 2 minutos a pie de la playa, y en la otra dirección, a 1 minuto a pie de Bald Head Island Club con acceso a tenis, gimnasio, croquet, piscina, parque acuático y tobogán, área de juegos, voleibol , gastronomía fina e informal. Una membresía social temporal está disponible con su alquiler por una tarifa adicional. We really liked our stay at villa 24! The house was perfect for our family of 4! We had a lot of room to spread out and enough room for the kids to play!
If you have kids, getting a guest membership to the BHI club is a must have. Our kids LOVED it! This villa is convenient to the club, which works great for nap time :).
The property was very clean, had everything we needed, and the owner even texted us asking if everything was okay, which we really appreciated.
It did have two golf carts, which was nice. They were on the older side, but was fine since it was just me my husband and our 2 kids.
The villa had a lot of natural light which was so pretty, you could see the golf course from the kitchen. I personally get up early anyways so it wasn’t a problem. However, if you do have young kids you may not appreciate the light coming through the windows in the morning as they will be up really early.
We really like that this villa was updated and didn’t have carpet - because who likes carpet at the beach! :)

We've stayed on Bald Head Island each of the last 10 years and this was the first year in which we rented one of the villas next to the Bald Head Island Club. The villas are uniform in architecture and square footage but vary greatly inside. This villa has been beautifully renovated with a gorgeous kitchen and modern bathrooms. The owners are meticulous, particularly when it comes to stocking supplies, recreational equipment, and beach necessities. They are highly organized and provide everything you could possibly need for beach time (chairs, towels, beach toys, games), crabbing and fishing, and cooking (Weber Spirit grill), watching TV and movies (cable, streaming, DVDs) and cleaning (brand new washer/dryer, Dyson vacuum, etc.). The two 4-5 person golf carts were reliable and got us everywhere we needed to go. The location of this house is impeccable - a few steps to the entrance of the Bald Head Island Club (weekly guest membership available for a fee), a 7-minute cart ride to the marina or maritime market, and a 15-minute cart ride to Cape Fear Station on the other end of the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa and can't say enough good things about the way it is equipped. Great communication with the owners, as well. A+++!

This was our first time staying on the island as a family of 4. Our host was very responsive. The villa was beautiful and in the perfect location. We were close to the beach and BHIC. The villa was very clean and had everything you could need for your stay. I would highly recommend staying in villa 24. We got to see an alligator right below us in the lagoon!

Great property with all the right touches
A lovely property, well decorated, kitchen had all the right equipment and then some, lights in all the right places, very well appointed. Easy to text with owner who was quick with responses. Very comfortable and in a good location. A bit confusing to figure out how to switch from streaming TV to Spectrum cable, but eventually got it. Having 2 carts was a big plus.

Nicely updated condo in great, convenient location. Owner was super responsive and avaialble for immediate help for all of our questions and needs. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean and well kept villa
This villa has everything so there is no need to pack a lot of extras. All essentials for the beach are already there - bikes, umbrella, chairs, beach toys, towels etc. The only thing I didn’t see was a cooler.
Instructions for checking in and out were easy to understand and Brooke followed up by text. Super appreciate her responsiveness! The villa was a short walk to the beach and BHI club. Overall - great stay!
A few items to note:
* Some of the beach chairs were really worn and one of the bikes had a flat tire.
* The wifi name was nowhere on the list of the available networks. We eventually found the right one through trial and error.
* The loft is very open so if sleeping upstairs you will hear everything going on in the living room.
* Be careful if washing clothes at night in the garage! I brought some clean clothes upstairs and a swarm of “no see-um” bugs flew in the house. We could not find any bug spray.
* We purchased a temporary membership at the BHI Club and found out that the place shuts down after Labor Day. I could not get a tennis lesson scheduled because the staff was awol and nobody returned my email or answered the phone.

We had a wonderful stay and the owner was very helpful and accessible. She was even understanding and immediately responsive when we accidentally took the keys with us after leaving the island! Everything was easy and the week was perfect.

The Villa is very nice and has everything you need for an enjoyable time on the island. We especially loved sitting on the decks at night for dinner and drinks and listening to the frogs and enjoying the ocean breeze.

Wonderful location, spectacular rental amenities and host
If you’re traveling with family, this host has thought of everything. From pack and play to high chair, toys, bikes, baby monitor, and a FULLY stocked kitchen. This is your home away from home. My kids felt totally at ease and we couldn’t think of a single thing we missed or needed. The isle is beautiful and we can’t wait to come back! Very clean. Host went above and beyond to be helpful during our stay and provide lots of additional information about the island. Golf carts were so much fun. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

My wife and I and our great friends stayed at Villa 24 for a long weekend and had a fantastic experience. It is updated and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Brooke was very responsive when I had questions and got back to me right away.
The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the den has great seating and TV to lounge when you’re ready. A new washer and dryer are available. There are two nice golf carts and beach chairs to use, and the beach access is a very short walk or cart ride away. The BHI Club is also right next door and you can be there in a minute. We even got to see the gator sunning himself in the lagoon by the golf course.
I would highly recommend Villa 24, and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

Fresh and Clean
What a treat to be greeted with a Welcome Basket in such an extremely clean, clean bright condo! The owners are so responsive and want to make the stay just right. The master bedroom bed is very comfy. Everything is labeled and instructions are complete. The kitchen has everything that you could need. The golf cart was in great shape and never gave a moments trouble. We would rent again!! In fact, we had a difficult time leaving. Thank you for a great stay!!

Villa 24 was a great spot for our little family! The golf carts, beach access, and club membership made it very easy for us to enjoy all that the island has to offer. Brooke was very helpful and responsive throughout our entire stay. Wonderful experience!

Beautifully renovated and convenient
This villa recently underwent a full renovation, and it is beautiful inside. The layout is also very good for a family (we have 3 children ranging from 3-9). The villa is also very well-equipped, with 2 golf carts, numerous bikes, a gas grill and all the beach toys you could want. The owners are very nice and responsive. We definitely recommend staying here while on Bald Head Island.

Nice vacation with our grandsons
This villa was spotless, very well supplied with kitchen utensils, comfortable beds and recreational/beach items. The golf carts and bikes are well maintained. The location is only a short walk to the BHI club and the beach. The rooms are cozy, but the layout was very satisfactory for our family of 3 adults and 3 children. All things considered, this villa offers excellent value for a family vacation.

We enjoyed our recent trip to BHI. The villa is clean and organized, convenient to both the BHI Club and beach. Brooke was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Beds are comfortable.
