First i am sorry to say that your booking system is totally fraud.as i have to say that this hotel didn't accecept booking through online.they were booking through cash only

Even several times i had called your customer care but they didn't attemded my call and failed to resolve my issue.

There was no hotel at all. We were stranded. You should not cheat people like this. Very very angry with oyo. I am not going to book anything further from oto and ask others also not to belive you all. It was disgusting

This is one of the most disgusting and dirtiest place I have ever came through...I trust Booking.com since long back but my suggestion to booking.com would be to pls terminate it's collaboration with this particular guest house if you are to save your reputation.. Because this particular doesn't even qualify to be called a house forget about a guest house!!! No one should visit this place !!
