Location was great I got the public bus to Rocha and it's easily walkable to Carveiro. The costal walks is nearby. Apartment has everything you need and supermarket is onsite too. You can buy butter for cooking so easier to transport if moving around the Algarve as the accommodation provides tea coffee and milk but not cooking oil, salt and pepper. Visitors need to be clear about whether gym access is included. Reception Staff was very good and there is left luggage facilities.

Room service was great. Location was great but a bit of a trek to the beach. Some great restaurants close at hand. Overall layout of the facility was good with good pools and sports facilities.

Balconies and kitchen were very small, access to the apartment was undergoing repair work and access to steps to apartment was very muddy. As facility was not full not sure why we were allocated this apartment.

I rented a 1 bedroom self catering apartment in the resort and it was absolutely devine. It was very spacious with everything I needed. It consisted of a fully stocked kitchen with oven, stove top, fridge, microwave and washing machine. It had an open plan lounge / dining room with aircon / heater with a big balcony and stunning views of the sea and sun shining in all day. The 1 bedroom had 2 super comfortable single beds and a cupboard and aircon/heater and hair dryer station. The bathroom has bath and shower and basin as well as a heater. Water pressure was great and warm. The resort itself was very quiet, it's was so peaceful and welcome break. It has 3 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, tennis courts, table tennis tables scattered all over in the beautiful gardens and much more. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast and the best cappuccino at the coffee shop on site. The store on site was also well stocked and I was able to buy all the groceries I needed for the 5 nights stay. Reception staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about the area and spoke good English. There are stunning walks from the resort along the cliff tops and sea with the most amazing views and sunsets. Cannot wait to be back.

Staff were very friendly and helpful

A large resort with self-catering apartments, great for our winter stay. Tennis courts are open, as is the small gym. In January, there were plenty of parking spots, lounge chairs and empty tennis courts.

Through the booking process, it wasn’t clear that the restaurant on site was closed in January. The coffee shop, however, was open. Only one pool is covered and heated (relatively small). Our unit was functional, but tired. The bathroom and the kitchen appeared to be a good 20 years old, with slow drains.

The location was beautiful. The apartment was very nice and big. The staff was incredibly nice.

All staff were brilliant - very helpful and efficient. The resort is beautiful with immaculate outdoor areas and great swimming pools. The location is fab too - close to an array of beaches and restaurants and not too far from the center which the resort offers a free shuttle 3 times a day to. It's only 4 euros in an Uber if you want to make your own way. It's also super close to Seven Valleys hiking trail - a stunning coastal walk with gorgeous sunset views. The accommodation itself is clean and well equipped but tired in places.

Bathroom was tired and could do with an update. Minor gripe but towels and shampoo/shower gel provided could have been better quality. It would have also been good if hand/dish soap was provided in the kitchen.

Attractive gardens. Large spacious accommodation.

Kitchen white goods are old and need replacing. Resort food and drink price are very high.

Table and chairs of the apartment were dirty. Door on the garden was broken and they could not repair it. One kitchen door was broken. In the shower the water could not go down. We have not been asked to change the apartment: we have been obliged to stay in the apartment with many not-functioning items. Wifi was not working well. Poor listening skills at the reception (we have been forced to leave the apartment at 12 pm without any late check-out option).
