'La Ginestra' es una espléndida villa adosada en las aguas turquesas de la costa noreste de Cerdeña. La ubicación única de esta villa le permite disfrutar de unas maravillosas vacaciones con su familia o amigos. En esta casa puede tomar el sol, nadar, pescar y relajarse junto al mar desde el jardín. La villa tiene todo lo que necesita para pasar unas maravillosas vacaciones. La casa consta de una sala de estar grande y luminosa, una cocina totalmente equipada, tres dormitorios confortables, dos baños y una magnífica terraza con vistas al mar. El salón y todas las habitaciones están equipadas con TV LCD digital y todos los accesorios que pueden hacer que sus vacaciones sean agradables y relajantes. La casa está amueblada con gusto en un estilo local. Más específicamente, la sala de estar y la terraza están amuebladas con elegantes mesas de madera y cómodas sillas, donde se puede comer en silencio disfrutando de una magnífica vista del mar. El salón tiene una hermosa chimenea de piedra local que hace que la habitación sea cálida y romántica. En el jardín mediterráneo privado hay tumbonas, cómodos sillones y una relajante hamaca. En el jardín también hay una barbacoa de piedra práctica donde puede pasar maravillosas noches junto al mar bebiendo una buena copa de 'Vermentino' (un vino local típico) junto con sus seres queridos y amigos. Arriba está la cocina, sala de estar, gran terraza y dos dormitorios y un baño cómodo. El primer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. En el segundo dormitorio hay un hermoso sofá cama.

What can I say? The house is simply a dream. Furnished with attention to detail, well equipped, it invites you to stay. Most of the time we spent on the property, terrace and hammock simply invite you to relax. Many thanks to Giorgio, we felt very comfortable! He has generously provided us with recommendations and information. And was always available for questions. Absolute recommendation! We would be happy to come back again.

Als Turngruppe waren wir für eine Woche zu siebt in La Villa Ginestra und haben dies total genossen.
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben die Villa wie auch den Platz rundherum absolut geliebt! Das Meer ist klar und erlaubt es, weit hinaus zu schwimmen. Der Garten ist wunderschön gepflegt und bietet Platz für Outdoor-Trainings und gemütliche Momente. Eine unglaublich schöne Woche haben wir verbracht, herzlichen Dank!

Perfekte Location mit traumhaftem Blick
Sehr sauberes Haus, mit angenehmem Zugang zum Meer, trotz Steinen (eine gemauerte Treppe gibt es auch). Fußläufig ausgezeichnete Pizzeria und Richtung Norden kann man zu Fuß zu einem Sandstrand gehen (2 Liegen unterm Schirm kosten dort 27€ am Tag!!)
Warum nur 4 Sterne gesamt:
Die fehlende Klimaanlage im Haus (steht in der Beschreibung) hat sich leider bei uns allen sehr bemerkbar gemacht... die Nächte waren kaum zum schlafen und das Anfang Juli.

Eine schöne Doppelhaushälfte direkt am Wasser
Wir waren in der Vorsaison Anfang Juni dort. Das Wetter war herrlich und die Hängematte im Garten ein schönes Plätzchen im sich zu entspannen. Für die Kinder gab es im Garten viel zu entdecken und am Wasser konnte direkt auf den Felsen geklettert werden. Wie hatten unsere SUP mit und können das nur jedem empfehlen da man direkt am Haus einsteigen kann.
Im Haus war alles zu finden was man brauchte, sogar Badeschuhe, Flossen, Schnorchel, Buddelzeugs, Bälle, Strandmuscheln, ein Grill, sogar Werkzeug.
Das Haus verfügt über ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Bad und eigenem Zugang. Perfekt für zwei Familien (Oma und Opa können also auch mit).
Die Küche war auch gut bestückt, auch Verbrauchsgüter wie Gewürze, Öl zum Braten und Folien sind vorhanden. Es fehlte an nichts. Ein wenig zu kämpfen hat man mit den Mücken. Kleiner Tipp: gar nicht erst irgendetwas anderes als die Insektizid Verdampfer für die Steckdose versuchen. Sie kommen einfach durch jede Ritze und das ist das einzige was hilft.
Essen kann man bei Da Andrea die Straße runter. Einkaufen bei Ingresso an der Hauptstraße oder bei Conad 15 min mit Auto. Der Gastgeber Giorgio ist sehr nett und füttert einen schon mit Informationen vor der Anreise. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

We enjoyed a week at the villa towards the end of April. The setting, scenery and views are even better than the photos of the property.
It was a perfect base for us to explore the Costa Smeralda (Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo and beautiful beaches) as well as historical sites in Arazchena. Golfo Aranci is also convenient for food, ice cream and boat tours. It was great to see some of the beauty of the island but the real joy was having access to the sea at the bottom of the garden. That view would never get old! We also walked along a path from the villa (2 minutes) to a small secluded and lovely beach, that we were able to enjoy as our own!
The villa was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our home from home. Giorgio was friendly and polite and all of our interactions were first class. He gave us all the information we needed for our stay and was prompt and professional with all his responses.
We had a few days of variable weather but we used our hire car to visit some tourist attractions further from the villa and sample some local cuisine.
I cannot recommend Villa La Ginestra highly enough, I could have sat on the veranda all day, just looking at the view. We even saw a dolphin whilst having breakfast one morning.

We stayed at this property mid October, for a week, and we wish we could stay a little longer... A family of three, two adults and a teenager.
It is a lovely old house , very well maintained, spacious,equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It looks better than the pictures, and the location is spot on!
The garden is huge, with a beautiful views , sun chairs , sun beds, and a hammock .
There is a shed in the garden as well, with spare beach shoes and toys , so useful!
The whole house has a home feeling, and that's priceless from our point of view.
Regardless the location in Sardinia, what we found is that you must rent a car in order to benefit of freedom of moving around. And better rent it straight away from the airport, one way to the location only is 60euro, by taxi, just to have an idea about the prices. If you want to stay local, there is a small supermarket not far from and few seasonal restaurants, but late October not much around , so a car really makes the difference.
I'm sure the house can be heated if needed, for us was just fine without. The internet was great for the first three days only , possibly poor signal in that area, we had to use our data .
One of the double bedrooms with bathroom has a completely separated entrance from the house, keep in mind when booking a large family ,or ask for details .
Giorgio, the owner, is a very nice host, always replying and so polite and helpful !

Wunderbar!
Wir haben zwei Wochen im Oktober mit Kindern und Grosseltern genossen. Das Haus empfehlen wir sehr gerne weiter, wir fühlten uns im und ums Haus herum sehr wohl. Für viele Leute ist der Geschirrbestand (vor allem Teller und Kacheln) etwas knapp. Sonst alles perfetto!

Gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus an wunderschöner Lage
Wir haben unsere Badeferien Ende September sehr genossen. Die Lage und die Aussicht ist spektakulär, der Garten ist gepflegt und einladend. Der Zugang zum Meer ist mit Badeschuhen leicht, das Wasser sehr sauber. Dank den vielen Fischen ist es auch ein toller Platz zum Schnorcheln.
Die Einrichtungen sind gut und alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Giorgio hat unsere Fragen rasch beantwortet und war sehr hilfreich.

great holiday
The house seems as if it is the family home! The owner just took his personal clothes and left the rest of the house, you need for nothing. Ther owner is also a very good artist! His painting are all on the weall around the house.

Tolles Haus direkt am Meer
Wir (2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kids) haben eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus am Meer verbracht! Der Einstieg ins Meer ist mit Hilfe der Stufen sehr leicht, so dass wir unser Kajak und Stand-up Paddel viel genutzt haben und die Buchten in der näheren Umgebung erkundet haben!! Außerdem konnten wir in der Bucht vom Garten aus Delfine beobachten!
Die Liegestühle im Garten sind Klasse - ebenso der überdachte Balkon! Vielen Dank an Giorgio, der sehr gut erreichbar war und uns super vorab informiert hat!

Pleasant stay
We stayed for a week in the nice villa at Golfo de Aranci at the sea.
Kids loved to play in and near the water. Visited crystal clear water beaches at the Costa Smeralda,.
Kitchen ; fully equipped,. Nicely decorated and feels like home immediately !

Delightful private accommodation a few steps from the sea.
Villa la Ginestra is perfect for those who enjoy swimming off the rocks. The sea is literally a few steps down from the villa at the end of a delightful garden. That is spacious and provides a peaceful environment in which to relax. From it and the veranda there are beautiful views across the bay with the changing light on the islands, and movement of ferries, and numerous yachts adding interest.
The place is well set up for outdoor living and inside is attractive and comfortable with everything one needs for self catering. We were there at the end of July and would have appreciated the use of fans on the nights when the breeze dropped.
There is a very well stocked supermarket 5/10 mins walk away and the local town centre is another 10/15 mins with bars, cafes and restaurants. A couple of safe sandy beaches are 10 mins on foot from the villa. These were busy. Further afield are some beautiful coves for swimming from.
A car is needed if you want to explore beyond Golfo Aranci.
The place was ideal for us, a family of 4 adults.
The people we met were very pleasant and helpful.
We would definitely return.

Fantastisk ferievilla med en vidunderlig beliggenhed
Ferievilla i stille og roligt kvarter. God og hjertelig dialog med ejeren. Veludstyret bolig - inde og ude. Dog uden aircondition. Fine badestrande i gåafstand. En bolig man absolut vil vende tilbage til!

Toller Blick, schönes Haus, schwimmen direkt vorm Haus
Die Doppelhaushälfte liegt ruhig, hat eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf das Wasser. Es ist mit Badeschuhen möglich, direkt am Haus zu baden. Zu Fuß ist der Strand in Golfo Aranci zu erreichen und der sehr schöne ruhige Strand vor dem Hotel Baia Caddinas.
Im Haus befindet sich das Wohnzimmer und auf dieser Ebene die kleine Küche, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten, dazu ein Badezimmer. In einem kleinen Arbeitszimmer steht ein Sofabett.
Vom Wohnzimmer ausgehend, eine steile Treppe ins Untergeschoss, befindet sich das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Bad. Vom Garten aus ist der Eingang zum dritten Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Bad.
Im Garten sind ausreichend Sonnenliegen und Stühle, um abends direkt am Meer die gegenüber anlegenden Fähren zu beobachten.
Eine schöne Unterkunft, um die Costa Smeralda zu entdecken.
Ein Bootsausflug zur gegenüberliegenden Insel ist sehr empfehlenswert! Möglichst mit Zeit zum Schnorcheln und mit Glück kann man Delfine sehen!

Comprehensive equipment comfortable property. Interesting art on walls. No air con. Lovely swimming off rocks at end of nice garden, and several nearby beaches. Insect screens could be updated. Convenient local shops and restaurants.

Beautiful villa with a garden running down to the sea.
This semidetached villa is charming, set at the end of a quiet cul de sac with a private garden which ends right at the sea edge. The terraces were great for eating & working with a view. The villa is within walking distance of cafes and restaurants, 8 minute walk to a supermarket or the Baias Caddinas hotel, and 20 minutes to the centre of the town - we never used a car. The villa itself was sparkling clean and very well equipped with beautiful artistic touches throughout. We visited during some stormy weather and was very comfortable in rain & wind as well as sun & the owner responded immediately to any questions we had.

Villa "La Ginestra" has a unique location by the crystal clear sea of Golfo Aranci. Our family of 5 enjoyed 2 fantastic weeks in the Villa, which was clean, well maintained and well equipped. The rental was handled very professionally by Giorgio, the owner.

a lovely villa in a great position, close to amenities and beautiful beaches
The villa was lovely and one of the best equipt I have stayed in; communication with Giorgio was excellent he always responded within 24 hrs to any questions, queries. We were a party of 5 with a toddler and a teenager, there were a couple of beaches within 5 minutes walk that really suited the toddler and the teenager loved snorkelling in sea the from the end of the garden. There was a very good supermarket close by and the night market in the town just 5 minutes drive away was great in the evenings. There were two good restaurants within walking distance and restaurants, bars and shops in Golfo di Aranci. Apart from local beaches there were lovely beaches within a 15/20 minute drive and the emerald coast and Maddalena Islands were all doable in a day. Having such a well-equipt base really made the holiday easy and was a great introduction to Sardinia.

Relaxing with super snorkelling
Overall the house is clean, well stocked, and conveniently located to the grocery store and town centre, but far enough away to be quiet and away from any traffic. The snorkelling was great right off the end of the property and the garden planted with beautiful cactus and flowers. Indeed the locals generally have very delightful gardens to enjoy on a stroll around. The local restaurants were fabulous, we ate some incredibly good fish. The local shops sell some really wonderful art and ceramics by Sardinian artists. Two things that could have made our stay better: the provision of coffee making tools was not great. We couldn’t find one of the parts for the espresso machine so couldn’t use that and the Italian coffee percolator was too small for a family of coffee drinkers. Second, we had a few grey days so drying towels was impossible and with children swimming 2-3 times a day plus showering drying ourselves became a logistical issue. Spare towels would have been great. We stayed at one lakeside house that had a cupboard completely full of beach towels which was so helpful (though I was washing a lot of towels on that holiday!). Another thing which we had at a different rental was the option to hang mosquito nets over the beds which gives you the choice of not spraying yourself with bug chemicals right before bed! Otherwise definitely a wonderful experience and location.

Lovely property right by the sea
We visited for a week in may. It's a very comfortable property in a lovely location with the town (unfortunately quite a lot was shut in mid-May) and great sandy beaches a short drive away. Our young daughter loved exploring in the garden and along the rocky beach at low tide. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Can highly recommend a stay here.

This property is perfectly situated with fantastic views across the bay.
We couldn't fault this villa. It is beautifully appointed and very tastefully furnished. The garden leads down to the sea where my daughter enjoyed paddling and climbing over the rocks. There's a reasonable selection of shops in the village (5 minutes' drive) even out of season (late October), and the restaurant on the beach is superb. There's a fantastic selection of other beaches in the area, some of which we had all to ourselves at this time of year. We had an absolutely fabulous holiday here, loved the area and the villa and definitely hope to come back.

Fabulous Villa
This is a very tastefully decorated property in a fantastic location. We love Golfo Aranci and this was our second stay in Villa La Ginestra. There is so much to do in the area, with spectacular beaches, wonderfully crystal clear waters and scenic wilderness walks. There are plenty of great restaurants to chose from within walking distance of the villa as well as a supermarket just a 5 minute walk away. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and furnished and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Thank you Giorgio for another fabulous holiday.

Great for full relaxation
The location of the house is beautiful, far from any kind of noise in the secluded corner of the well-attended holiday village. The garden is beatiful full of marvellous smells of flowers and pine-trees. The sea is at your feet, and sandy beaches are in walking distance. The house is beautiful and more than fully-equiped, the only lack for us was the lack of internet and probably air-conditioning. Anyway, I felt in love with the place and dream of coming back!

Wonderful property
This property ticks every box. The location with its own access to the sea was idyllic. The views across the bay with its turquoise waters is stunning as is the immediate area of Golfo Aranci.
The property was even better in the flesh. It was immaculate and well-maintained as promised. I would recommend it to my friends and family and we are hoping to book again as soon as possible. We loved it. The views from the terrace are stunning, the garden is lovely and was a great place for our daughter to play having had a hard day at the glorious nearby beaches. We didn't want to leave and it was a sad time when we did.
The owners could not have been more helpful with our booking.

Tranquil Sardinian Gem
Perfectly located with private access into the turquoise waters of the bay of Golfo Aranci, this villa is everything we had hoped it would be. It is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated, creating a real quality 'home from home' feel, with all of the equipment we needed provided. The tranquility of the lovely garden together with the wonderful views made it difficult for us to tear ourselves away! It was a real pleasure communicating with Giorgio from start to finish. We are grateful to have found such a gem of a villa and can't wait to return.
We found that Golfo Aranci was a charming town, unpretentious, with plenty of character. Our holiday at Villa La Ginestra was great value for money compared with the nearby resorts, yet still with Sardinia's unspoilt crystal clear waters a few steps from the veranda!

Looking forward to the next visit!
I would definitely recommend villa "La Ginestra" to my family and friends. We had a very nice surprise when we found that the house was even nicer than in the pictures and absolutely clean and in great condition; also it was very nicely decorated and very comfortable for our family of five. Best of everything it is just in front of the sea! The crystal clear water is perfect for swimming, kayaking, shelling, snorkeling, diving, boating and fishing. The views from the villa are breathtaking and the garden has hammock and nice outdoor furniture: we used to have our "aperitivo" there, enjoying the cool breeze from the mediterranean sea. We spent at "La Ginestra" a week during mid June and found perfect weather conditions with warm and dry breeze during daytime and cool temperature for night sleeping. Close the villa you have tons of beaches, most of them deserted, if you like to relax, spend time with your family and enjoy nature this is definitely the place. The beaches are beautiful and very close, you can walk or bike to reach them.
We spent our time mostly enjoying the house, the views, kayaking; I also had the chance to scuba dive in Figarolo a small nice island one mile away. We also took a boat trip to nearby Tavolara a marine natural park which is worth the visit.I would recommend villa "La Ginestra" to friends and family without hesitation. Looking forward to the next visit!

Beautiful setting and lovely spacious villa
The villa was lovely with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and a lovely terrace for sitting and eating on. There is small beach close to the house and you can walk into the town for meals in the evening. There is a small supermarket about 10 minutes walk away. Golfo Aranci is not a particularly picturesque town but is has a number of restaurants and a shops. Nearby there are plenty of beautiful beaches to visit. We spent a lot of time lounging around the garden reading while the children played on the hammock or on the rocks at the end of the garden. The villa was very well presented and clean with bedding and plenty of towels provided. We went in late May/early June and although it was hot at times, there was a strong wind most of the time which made it feel cooler. Overall it was a lovely place to stay.
