MAL!

Loved the location very close to the town square but also very quite

It was located in the centre of town.
1. A very poor breakfast. Very limited choice. Cheap, low quality, low nutritional food. Poor dining room. The type of breakfast and dining room expected in perhaps East Germany before 1989.
2. Personnel: An arrogant receptionist who had no interest in looking after the needs and questions of the hotel guest. It was very much a take it or leave it attitude.
3. Security: There seemed to be no security regarding room keys. These had to be left at the receptonist every day. When returning there was no safeguard from the receptionist by checking the name of the person asking for the key. This meant that any stranger could walk in and ask for the key.

The best thing about this hotel was the location, you will be at just few steps from St Nicola's Church, Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock.
We were aware about the stairs to get to the room but we were looking for a vintage hotel with a great location. The room size was good. The room was not smelling good, like humidity smell. The shower is in a part of the bathroom with a glass roof and was extremely cold at arrival time, the AC does not cover the shower side of the bathroom, one side of the tub was broken. Not really happy we went to sleep and ..... The mattresses were like a piece of wood, extremely thin and hard, super uncomfortable and with only one horrible pillow. As soon as we wake up, with back pain because of the bed situation. We pack our stuffs and checked out, we decided to stay there only one night out of the three we reserved. The lady at the front desk at check out time was nice and felt ashamed when told her we were leaving the property just because of the room condition. It's a shame because location wise was extremely convenient, just put some money to remodel the rooms.

Location is good, you can visit the downtown on walk, food & beer are close, actually one burger place and a pub you can find in the same building. I like it.
Breakfast was 1* and not the Michelin... I am not a gourmet guy and my mom taught me I should eat what they give me. But these cheapest salamis not even from the fridge, the worst wurst I‘ve ever ate, rolls from yesterday, no cheese, vegetables or sth. The breakfast was quite disappointing… Juice and the coffe was good.
Normally I doN't even write bad reviews, because yeah it's okay, next time I'll choose an another hotel.
BUT.
One evening when we arrived back there was no water in the room (in the whole hotel, the receptionist guy said) so no water at all nowhere because of some water tube issue on the streets. Okay, thing happens, but at the end I needed to pay 100czk for a bottle of water I drank from the minibar…. :D
I was complaining a bit and then we agreed with the receptionist that I leave a bad review here.
The staff was nice but in general the hotel doesn't care just wanna make money....

In a very convenient location to get around.
Mini-fridge was useful to store drinks.
Can borrow laptop free of charge if you use passport as a deposit.
Breakfast was passable.
No aircon, but electric fan provided.
The fact building is 1400s gives it charm.
Clearly advertised that there is no lift, many stairs and no accessibility for people with mobility problems.
The worst thing was the bed, which didn't have sprung or memory foam mattress(es), but two padded roll mats on the solid wooden frame. Equivalent comfort to camping without a mat/airbed (not comfortable at all). It got to the point where we were dreading coming back to the hotel at the end of a full day walking, because we knew we were going back to an uncomfortable, hard bed and a terrible night's sleep.
All the photos we viewed prior to booking (on Booking.com app) didn't accurately reflect the room we were given, which was small, rustic and bare-bones.
There's a charge for teas, coffees, and the bottles of water in the mini-fridge. I would expect free tea and coffee to come as standard.
Welcome book said DVDs available to borrow on request, but there was no DVD player in the TV or room.

The hotel itself is divided into two parts. There are rooms along with the reception and breakfast area in one building the other is around the corner. Its an old hotel with windy stairs and no elevator but it's lovely. The room I stayed was clean and had everything anyone would need. The shower was wonderful and hot. Plenty of radiators there, the room was very warm as Prague was very cold . The breakfast was delicious as was the coffee .
The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful and the reception is 24 hrs open. Very safe
The hotel is in a great location right around the corner from the main square and the astronomical clock. Its perfect for everything. Restaurants, shops bars are right there. I highly recommend this hotel. It's a great price and it's wonderful

Location was perfect
Breakfast was continental buffet and very nice
Beds were uncomfortable
The first room had no natural light and noise from upstairs so we changed rooms at extra cost
No way of controlling the temperature so it was cold at night
Not accessible to people with mobility problems

It doesn't matter how nice a place is if it is ruled by rude, nasty staff.
The receptionists are impolite and unhelpful. This is the first contact with a beautiful city. Sad.

nice and clean room with bathroom, in the centre of Prague. All touristic places in walking distance. Nice and friendly people at the desk. I recommend this place!
The breakfast was without cheese/eggs, each day rhe same.

The room is great for this price, huge bathroom. The girl on reception is very polite and sweet. there is a luggage room to keep your suitcase after check out.
The bed is terrible, very noise even during the smallest movements. Bad soundproofing, we heard that the floor above creaks.

the hotel location is very good just walking to the city center
the staff was very rude , I asked if they can help me bring our luggage because my husband just had a bypass surgery & staff said she has also a heart conditions.there’s no elevator in the property so I have to bring our luggage all the way to the 3rd floor.

Breakfast, location and helpful staff. Superior room was great with a lovely view. Initial issue resolved very quickly and efficiently.
No elevators and limited entertainment options in the room (streaming channels such as YouTube or Netflix). Not actually double bed as advertised

The breakfast was a big disappointment. Every morning we had same food; no eggs , no vegetables... and we think that conditions were not cold enough for milk etc.

The room was spacious. The location is nice since it's in the old town of Prague. It's near the Metro.
Soo first this is not a hotel but a hostel. Watch out for fraud since they want the CVC number on your card. Do not provide it. It's better to just give them preauthorization money but this is not mentioned anywhere. There is NO parking available you will have to pay for Parking. There was blood on my bedsheets that were changed with other ones but the new ones had even more blood on them. There is no elevator and there are a lot of stairs to the last floor where most of the rooms are. There were semen spots all over the sofa and the chairs. The AC will stop working after 1-2 hours if you do not press the buttons but you might as well use the fans included as they are better for cooling off. I would not recommend this hotel even if it's cheap.

The old building hotel has a perfect location, right in the centre of the historic town. A warm welcome by the kind owner and staff, good breakfast included, nice room's view, clean and silent.
