In gerenal very positive experience. Great double bed 180cm wide. Insect nets. Friendly checkin/checkout times. Cleaning service on demand. Waling distance to a beautiful beach with crystal clear and warn water, 500m, in September weekdays very empty with sunbeds/umbrellas for free. There were some more beaches around if you want to walk longer. Good wifi. Very quiet location.

There were a few minor details but they did not spoil us the experience. The utensils equip could be better. Something in the appt needed some mending. In the evening slightly strange smell outside. Occasionally noise from some generator outside but did not last too long. There are not many restaurants and shops near but you can find some on the beach. Nothing serious really, we enjoyed our stay.

An amazing accomodation with really nice and clean design. We were really satisfied there with every singl detail. Apartments are really huge and comfortable. We highly recommend this place for people who want to travel around this area by car. The only disadvantage is industrial zone near by that you can see by the beach - beautiful rocks without people.

Best of our stays in Cyprus ever! Great value for money. Roomy flats, BBQ, parking. Quite place, 10 mins to the great beach. The place only to who have a car, because you can get anywhere from there only by taxi or car (bus is only 1-2 times a day)

Both the apartment and terrace are much nicer and bigger as shown on the pictures. The sea view from the apartment is fantastic. Governor´s beach is in walking distance and sunbeds at the beach free of charge at Sofronio restaurant. Also beach towels were provided free of charge.

No supermarket in walking distance. If you're without a car, you can either walk a lot or stay near the apartments. Joy was kind enough to get us all the groceries we asked for!

The place is very beautiful, very specious. The unit is properly equiped, including laundry machine. The lawn is wide and great for the kids to play. The location is very convenient for reaching both east , west coast and the trodos villages

There were quite a lot of musqitues so be sure to close the nets.

One of the best aparthotels I've ever stayed. I booked the cheapest room - studio - which turned out huge room with large panoramic windows with sea view. Location is great, 7 minutes walking to Governor's beach, and, if you rent a car, you can easily access both Limassol and Larnaca in less than 30 minutes. Spotlessly clean, well equipped caring and welcoming.

One thing I usually expect to find in short term rental apartments, is salt and pepper - but not here (there was, however, some tea, coffee, sugar, oranges and even a bottle of wine and a bottle of water). AC did not work in heating mode (December nights can be cold), they tried to fix it, but without success. The problem was solved by giving me an additional heater.

This is probably the best self catering apartment at the whole island! Big size, fully furnished and equipped, and it also has an awesome private terrace with access from living room and bedroom. You can cook yourself a meal and enjoy it at the terrace table with a great sea view. The bed was really comfortable, huge size box spring be with lots of pillows! Wonderful author's design of the room and a beautiful sunny lawn in the yard. The apartment is perfect for romantic getaways, it’s away from main roads and only 5min walk to the seaside with amazing beaches (incl. popular Governor’s Beach) and several restaurants. The residence doesn’t have pool or playground so it’s not the best choice for families with kids. We’ll definitely get back there for longer stays!

Upgraded room category at no extra charge. Given the low season. The lady at the reception was very helpful. The apartment is very fresh. Everything is functional and convenient. Excellent well-groomed area. Maybe we were very lucky, but in the last days of November the air temperature is +24 and the sea temperature is +22.2. Is it a low season? If you want to relax in silence, wake up to the singing of birds, then you are here

An absolutely amazing design. Very spacious with beautiful furniture and amazing full length windows. The grounds are stunning and the facilities well planned and modern. We can’t wait to come back. definitely somewhere you do not want to miss.

As it is quite remote you will need a car to get around.

The host was very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and spacious. The facilities including kitchen utensils were in an excellent state. The view is nice, especially from the upper floor. There are nice flowers in the garden. Excellent value/price ratio. There are nice restaurants at the beach.

No breakfast and no swimming pool is available. The nearest supermarket is 10 km away (you need a car). The shortest way to the beach is rough and unpaved. You have to be careful when you ride or take a longer way or go by foot (7-8 minutes). If you have a low car, you have to be quite careful when you enter or leave the parking lot due to the humped road surface. When you book, you can better ask for a room not adjacent to the parking lot for a better view and dark nights.

Very spacious apartment, equipped with everything you need, the garden in the yard is very green and beautiful. It’s better to have a car as it doesn’t have a lot going on nearby. The place is almost always quite besides one night when there was a wedding.

WiFi works very bad, I mean awful, it was constantly dropping and took minutes to load a simple page left alone videos. We needed to get some work done so it was really unpleasant for us. Also one time I noticed a cigarette pack near our terrace, don’t know why would anyone litter in such a beautiful place.
