Situado en Bethany Beach, esta atractivo casa por 352 € por noche es una fantástico opción para su próxima viaje. Nuestra casa de playa prístina de dos pisos se encuentra en Fairway Drive en la ciudad de Bethany Beach. Es tan sólo cuatro cuadras del mar y un paseo o en bicicleta de paseo muy fácil en Betania. La casa está situada en el este de la calle más de Betania Occidente, por lo que tiene acceso a la piscina comunitaria y pistas de tenis. (Una hermosa piscina y canchas de tenis se encuentran a sólo unos pasos de nuestra casa.) Nuestra calle es tranquila, con playas, y seguro para los niños que montan las bicis, y nuestro patio es soleado y cubierta de hierba. La biblioteca y la Iglesia católica son hasta el bloque, y la ciudad de tranvía Betania paradas cada 30 minutos en nuestra esquina. Es ideal para el transporte de niños pequeños y equipo de playa.
La casa es un encantador, de dos pisos 'caja de sal' con dos dormitorios abajo y dos grandes dormitorios en planta alta. Baños completos grandes son en cada piso. El baño de abajo tiene una bañera de hidromasaje y ducha separada. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size y TV por cable. El segundo cuarto de abajo tiene dos camas individuales. Arriba, se puede dormir vacacionistas en todo tipo de combinaciones, como un dormitorio con dos camas de matrimonio, una cama doble y TV, y el otro dormitorio tiene cuatro camas individuales.
La cocina es luminoso y moderno, el salón está lleno de muebles cómodos encantador y tiene TV por cable, y el porche de sol fuera de la cocina tiene una mesa enorme comedor con capacidad de doce fácilmente para grandes cenas familiares. A lo largo de lado es la mesa de un niño con capacidad para cuatro pequeños y hay una silla alta.
Toda la casa está recién pintado en colores de verano de luz. Tenemos aire central de dos zonas y un cómodo cuarto de lavado. En el exterior, hay dos terrazas con bonitas zonas de asientos y una fabulosa ducha privada al aire libre (abierta al cielo), que todo el mundo ama! La casa es ideal para familias con niños y perfecto para dos familias para compartir.

After trying to coordinate a family vacation for several years we finally made it happen. Our stay at Bethany Beach was wonderful! House was perfect for us. Plenty of room, large kitchen, screened porch that accommodated all of us for meals. Large living room with plenty of seating. The parking pass allowed us to drive our beach gear and our youngest family members while the rest of us walked the mile or so to the beach--great for relieving the guilt of the various treats we consumed along the boardwalk. Overall, the best first family vacation we could have expected.

Great place to stay while visiting Bethany beach. The house was perfect…toys for the little ones, great outdoor shower, comfortable and room enough for everyone! Short walk to the beach or easy access for the trolley ride. Would highly recommend this place for a wonderful getaway!

The owners were great to communicate with - organized and efficient but also laid back and hands-off (in a good way). As a result the check and and check out process was a breeze with no stress (and without the typical laundry list of things you are asked to do when checking out of a home that can be exhausting). The property was as pictured and the community amenities were great and also very easy to locate and stress free to get a daily or weekly pass. We had 2 "preteens" and when we were not at the beach they were able to walk or ride bikes and to the amenities and actually occupied themselves and left us alone! The parking pass and trolley stop right outside the house were wonderful bonuses. One small thing but we left a few things there and the owners found them and mailed them back to us so quickly and did not even take us up on offering to pay the cost. We would rent here again if we were vacationing in the area.

The house was mostly as listed but the large eating area was on a screened porch and there was no way to make it cool enough for all of us to eat together. The eat in kitchen with the a/c only has a small table seating 4. The house is also old and needs updating seriously. One of the air conditioning vents was leaking when we arrived and there was a large wet spot in the carpet in one of the upstairs bedrooms. And the cleaning service did a terrible job. There were grimy handprints on the front door, coffee grounds still in the coffee pot and a dirty toilet brush in one of the bathrooms. Plus the house was very musty. It hit you every time you opened the front door. The positives are the beds were comfortable and it was very nicely decorated.

Lovely house with great beds for our guests! We had many family style dinners on the porch, ate outside often, and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Excellent communication throughout the rental experience.

House was well located. It was a short walk to the beach which gave our grandchildren the freedom to enjoy Bethany Beach. House had a well stocked kitchen, large rooms and was clean. We enjoyed to porch, front deck and outside shower. It was easy to get to the beach either by walking, taking the trolley or driving. The resident parking pass gave you additional parking availability. Bethany Beach is a wonderful family destination.

The pictures on this site don't do this house justice. The house was incredibly clean and spacious. We loved the sunroom! So perfect for two families to share. A short walk to the beach and a cute playground for young children at the corner. It was so easy to get to the beach that we never even made it to the pool. We can't wait to go again next year!
